RESULTS NOTIFICATION
1.
It is hereby notified that on the basis of the results of the Written Examination held on 14.11.2009
FN & AN to the post of Assistant Motor Vehicles Inspectors in A.P. Transport Subordinate Service, the
candidates with the following Register Numbers have been provisionally admitted for the ORAL TEST
(Interview).

The candidates who are qualified for Interview are required to produce the Original Certificates
along with one set of Photostat copies, at the time of verification of documents, relating to Age,
Qualifications, Community (Integrated), Latest Creamy Layer exemption certificate in case of B.Cs as per
G.O.Ms.No.3 BC(W) (C2) Dept., dt.04/04/2006 (prescribed format hosted on website), Certificate relating

to claim of age relaxation, if any, as per para 3 of the notification & Study certificate (from 4 class to 10
class) failing which, they will not be admitted for interview. No requisition will be entertained for subsequent
submission of any of the above certificates.

If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars
furnished by him/her in the Application Form/ Certificates, the results of such candidate/ candidates shall
be cancelled at any stage in the process of selection.

The verification of the certificates will be held at 8.00 AM from 16.02.2012 to 23.02.2012. The
eligible candidates will be admitted for the Oral Test to be held at 9.30 AM on the same day. The interview
schedule will be placed in the website separately. The candidate shall download the interview call letter,
check list and Attestation Form from the Commissions website from 13.02.2011 and submit at the time of
oral test.

The result notification is subject to out come of cases pending before the courts.
