PRESENT DAY OUTPOURING I had lunch yesterday with a very interesting man. It thrilled my soul. He was Rev. Dennis J. Bennett, who is a priest in the Episcopal Church. They call him Father Bennett. He told me that while he was pastoring a church in Van N uys, California, he visited another priest of the Episcopal Church who had the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and his members were filled with the Holy Ghost. He became interested, went back to his home in Van Nuys, and began to pray. God filled him full of the Holy Ghost. Then he began to read the Bible and saw that it was Biblical to lay hands on people and impart this gift to them . He began to lay his hands on the people there in the church where he pastored. Soon seventy-five of them we're filled with the Holy Ghost. Then the Bishop of the church or some of the high officials decided to move him to Seattle, Washington. There in Seattle, Washington, he began to pastor an Episcopal Church. He has laid hands on those people and forty-five of them have already received the ~ Holy Ghost. When you move fire you do nothing but spread it. Now Rev. Bennett told-me of about thirteen more Episcopal priests who have the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and speak in tongues just like he does. They put him on television and interviewed him. The reporter came down to ask him questions. They asked him to speak with tongues over television. He didn't want to do it but then he said he felt led to, so he spoke in tongues over television where teeming thousands of people could see it and become interested. He . said now he knows of three thousand Episcopal churches, that practice these gifts of the Spirit in their churches. Not only in that church, but he goes to different churches of other denominations and lays hands on people and they receive the Holy Ghost. He tells me that in his church they pray seven hours at a time, seeking the gifts of the Spirit in their lives. There are a lot of incidents he didn't reveal to me. He didn't tell me several of the people's names because those people are very modest. They don't want to do anything that they don't feel led to do. He told me of Brother Price in New York, who pastors a church there. As I boarded a plane

and left Seattle, I sat down next to a preacher who had interviewed Brother Price personally. Brother Price is a priest 'of the Episcopal Church in New York who has a great number of people already filled with the Holy Ghost. He has healing services regularly. MANY EPISCOPALIANS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT Now in the present meeting that we are in an Episcopalian lady from St. Louis, Missouri, was filled with the Holy Ghost instantly. She gave all of her earnings for five months straight in the missionary program. She received a wonderful infilling of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. She happens to be a sister of the bishop of the Episcopal Church in St. Louis. We read in the Arkansas Gazzette, August 20, 1960, an article by George W. Cornell of the Associated Press. He tells how the Episcopalians are 'speaking in tongues. He said there is a recurrence of tongues in the churches today on the West Coast, the Chicago area and elsewhere. Chicago's Episcopal bishop, Right Reverend Gerald Francis Burrill, has ordered an inquiry about it. The article goes on to say that the occurrence has a historical basis and deserves real study wherever it arises. Rev. Bill W. Rogers of New York's General Theological Seminary said it certainly happened in New Testament times and it is not impossible now. Also, Rev. Bert Honea, Jr., member of the Sacred Studies Department of the fashionable St. Pau.l's S~hool, Co~cord, New Hampshire, said God apparently IS using the g.lft to dynamite the Episcopalians respectabilityism. He said he, himself has experienced speaking in tongues and sees no reason 'for keeping it a secret wherever God's gifts are poured out. Rev. David du Plessis says the following: "I have recently spent some time with Father Winkler,. w~o is rector of the . Episcopal congregation at Whaton, Ilh??IS. The rector has experienced the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Each week there are inquirers that he directs into. this New Testament experience." The Episcopal priest that I talked to yesterday says t?~t Father Winkler has a lot of people filled with the Holy Spirit

in his area there. I read in Rev. C. M. Ward's book, "God Speaks Today", about Dr. Samuel Shoemaker, who is rector of the Calvary Episcopal Church in Pittsburgh, Pa. He says one has to be directly plunged into the experience of the Holy Ghost Baptism and speaking in tongues, rather than to read about it from a theological standpoint. The Episcopal Weekly stated this year (it is from the Living Church): "We know that we are rnembers of a church that desperately needs jarring. And we know of no more terrifying explosive for Him to use than a reinstitution of. apostolic speaking in tongues." . Gene Stone, an official in the Episcopal Church, writes this in the Full Gospel Voice, December, 1960: "We have many brethren in ch urch es having prophetical gifts and by the Spirit speaking in all kinds of languages. In the Fourth Century, Saint Augustine wrote, 'It is expected that converts should speak with new tongues,' and in the Fifth Century Saint Chrysostom stated, 'Whoever was baptized in apostolic days he straightway began to speak with tongues'." . So the Episcopalians are really preaching tongues more than a lot of our Pentocostal Churches are preaching it today. I don't believe the church is going out with less power than it had in apostolic days. The Bible says He is coming for a church without a spot or blemish, that the latter house will be more glorious than the first house. "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworrn, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed." (Joel 2 :25-26) PRESBYTERIANS ARE BEING FILLED WITH WITH THE SPIRIT Now Brother Sam Todd tells us as he went to Korea two or three years ago, a great number of Presbyterian preachers were on the mountainside having an all night prayer meeting, praying and seeking God, and a great number of them were filled with the Holy Ghost.

Reports that are coming from that country tell us that there are about one thousand Presbyterians who are already filled with the Holy Ghost. One preacher told me that you couldn't tell them apart. You couldn't tell if they were Holiness, Presbyterian or Baptist. He said they all get happy and shout and they speak in tongues, especially those who are not reserved. Especially during the war they were all praying and being filled with the Holy Ghost. I have seen some lately who do not want to be identified yet as Pentecostal people, so they stay in their church and are praying others through to the Holy Ghost. I saw several of those preachers in an independent convention in Chicago and they are really full of the Holy Ghost. One lady from Seattle, Washington, read my book, "How to Receive the Holy Spirit Baptism", and she wrote me a letter. She said, "Brothel' Grant, I got to reading your book and my tongue has been going for three days and nights and I don't know how to stop it. I want to know how long it will be before I can talk in my own language." Rev. David du Plessis and Rev. Gordon Lindsay were called to a top meeting of what we call modernist churches. These leaders represented about forty million people. They asked Brothers du Plessis and Lindsay a lot of questions on speaking in tongues. They stayed with them about all day answering them. These leaders asked for prayer and said, "We will not fight these brethren on the foreign field who are preaching divine healing and the Holy Ghost. We are going to recommend our people to work with them." . Immediately after that, one of these leaders wrote an article and it was printed in LIFE MAGAZINE, which is supposed to be read by about twenty-two million people. It has over six million issues. In the article it told about Pentecostalism being the third force in the world. I have just been informed that Jim Brown, a Presbyterian minister of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has a Pentecostal Presbyterian Church, and heads a whole congregation called the Gospel Crusade. . Rev. C. M. Ward's book, "God Speaks Today", quotes Brother James H. Brown as saying: "Suffice it to say that I did receive this glorious experience of the infilling with the Holy Ghost with initial evidence of speaking in tongues in my own living room with a few Christian friends encourag

ing and praying for me." Timothy Brown was a very popular leader of a rock and roll band. He also has received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and speaks in tongues. He is the son of this noted Presbyterian pastor. Brother C. M. Ward also tells of Rev. Paul L. Morris, pastor of the Hillside Presbyterian Church in Jamaica, New York. He says that he spoke fluently in an unknown tongue as he was seeking the Lord and he felt the Spirit thrill him all through his body. The Bible says God has reserved better things for us in this dispensation. He says this is a better dispensation. "Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh." (James 5 :7-8) LUTHERANS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT Father Bennett, as I was talking to him, told me of several Lutheran pastors he knew, even in Seattle, who had received the Holy Ghost Baptism and they are teaching other people of their churches to be filled with the Holy Ghost. While we were in Oklahoma City, in a missionary conven, tion Mr. and Mrs. Aaberg, very well-to-do miners. from Colorado, came to our meeting. She gave one thousand -. dollars in a missionary offering and in about three rninutes she was full of the Holy Ghost and speaking in tongues. Brother Bennett told me of several people in Minneapolis who were Lutherans and filled with the Holy Spirit. While I was in Minneapolis, I found that to be the truth. I was talking to a certain preacher and he said he visited the Lutheran college there in Minneapolis. There were about seventy-three preachers that he talked to and they said, "What must we do to be filled with the Holy Ghost?" He said, "J ust turn around, get on your knees, face the wall and God will fill you." To his surprise all seventy-three of them turned around, got on their knees, faced the wall and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost.

When I was up there this last summer, Mrs. Fern Olson, the pastor of the Minneapolis Evangelistic Center, told me that she visited those people and found it was the truth and about one thousand of those people have already received the Holy Ghost. They are very modest about it. They don't publish it a lot but they told her that they have prayer cells all over the United States where people meet and pray that God will set the gifts in the church. In Seattle, there is a man pastoring a Lutheran church who is full of the Holy Ghost and top officials decided they would move him somewhere else. The members all began to pray that God would send the right man in. A new pastor took over the church and in a few days he had the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and he was speaking in tongues like all the members. This thing is growing. God started off with twelve men and finally had a hundred and twenty. Then there were three thousand people added to the church. Another day there were five thousand added to the church and the Bible says in Acts 4 :30 that all of them were filled with the Holy Ghost. God is doing a quick work in the earth and a great number of people now of all denominations are being filled with the Holy Spirit. "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." (Acts 2 :38-39) BAPTISTS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST One Baptist preacher read my book, "Receive Ye the Holy Spirit Baptism", and in about forty-five minutes he was speaking in tongues. Another Baptist preacher read my book on this Holy Ghost to the members of his church, and three of them received the Holy Ghost while he was read ing the book to them. Another Baptist preacher was reading my book to his members and two of them received the Holy Ghost while he was reading the book. Another preacher said that while he was reading my

book twelve people received the Holy Ghost. A Baptist lady wrote that she was reading my book and while she was reading its messages she began to speak in tongues. A Baptist lady from Louisville, Kentucky, read my book while I was up there and she received the Holy Ghost. She came to church and God healed her and delivered her from oppression. ' . A Baptist preacher in Ft. Worth, Texas, came to our revival and we prayed him through to the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and he spoke in tongues. A Baptist Sunday School teacher from the men's Bible class of a church in Albuquerque, New Mexico, came to our revival in Lubbock, Texas. He sat down in a chair and in about two minutes he was filled with the Holy Ghost .. A Baptist deacon from Hawaii flew over to our meeting in Ft. Worth, Texas, and received the Holy Ghost. I was over there just a few months back and he is now pastoring a Baptist Holy Ghost Church. They all have the Holy Ghost. My wife. and I went to pray for a lady in Little Rock, Arkansas. Her husband was a government man and a Sunday School teacher in a large Baptist church there. While we were praying for this lady she fell on the floor under the power of God. We left her lying on the floor, we didn't know what else to do. The next time we heard from her she was full of the Holy Ghost, pastoring a Baptist Holy Ghost church and she has prayed a lot of those Baptists through. She has a hundred and sixty-six people in her church now, her Pentecostal Baptist church. Her friend, who was a teacher in the Sunday School class in the same church, also received the Holy Ghost. A Baptist preacher, who was the head of the NAE several years ago, was following my revivals around and also those Brother Fox was holding. (Brother Fox told me this.) In fact, there were four different evangelists that he followed-around. This brother told Brother Fox that he had the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues. He prayed for people to get healed and they fell under the power. He said, "We are going from church to church all over America where you people have had these Holy Ghost meetings and we are finding it is leal. We are going to recommend it to all of our churches and they are all going to get it."

Rev. John H. Osteen of Houston, Texas, is a personal friend of mine. He has been to my meetings. and we have eaten together. He has been to college and was .trained in a seminary to be a Baptist minister. He has pastored some of the best Baptist churches for years. He felt like he needed the power the Early Church had, but he had been taught that it was not for him. He prayed and God healed his spastic daughter. The doctor acknowledged that God did it. Brother Osteen preached to his church that he needed the Holy Ghost and that they needed this power and zeal that the Early Church had. As he was seeking God in his office the power of God came very strongly into his hand. God told him that those hands would minister to thousands of people. One day he left the parsonage and told his wife that he could not go back until he received the power of God in his life. He rented a downtown hotel room. He expected to . be there for a month or either receive the Holy Ghost. But he was filled with the Holy Ghost in just a few minutes. He perspired in that air-conditioned room until he looked as if he had been in a steam bath. He. spoke in tongues for about two hours. About eighty of his members received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and they are witnessing for God and winning souls. Another one of his daughters was healed of a stiff foot after wearing a built-up shoe for some time. In his churches his members have been healed of many' things, such as tumors, deaf ears, growths and so forth .. One of his members spoke in Spanish and another in Danish without ever learning those languages. Signs still follow in his parish as well as in many deliverance revivals across the nation. He is the head of about twelve churches in Old Mexico and their goal is to have one hundred churches full of this Pentecostal power. Rev. Andrew J. Smith of St. Louis, Missouri, is also a friend of ours. He received his theological academic training and pastored Baptist churches for fourteen years. He pastored one of the churches in the suburbs of St. Louis for six and a half years. His soul cried out for a deeper experience. He told me he was praying to be satisfied in his own self about divine heal8

ing and God gave him a sign. He prayed for one of his own sick members who was healed. He was worshipping God in his home, thinking about Jesus on the cross. His lips became numb, his tongue became thick and he began to speak with tongues. He has been seeing signs following in his ministry ever since. His testimony was published in the July, 1960, issue of The Voice of Healing. One of the pastors of a Baptist church in Dallas, Texas, came to my office. I talked to him and prayed with him and let him have some of my books on the Holy Ghost. He read them and went back home and began to pray. He asked God to show him what to do about the Holy Ghost. A missionary came from across the water to Dallas, Texas, and God told him to go see this man. This pastor's name is Loring Mark .. wood. God told the missionary the street he lived on and told him to go see him. He talked to Brother Markwood and prayed with him and God filled this pastor full of the Holy Ghost. We were having a revival here not long ago and there was a Baptist church close by. They reported that the whole church had received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. Dozens of Baptist preachers are flying across the country and being filled with the Holy Ghost. "For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my . Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The ...sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great notable day of the Lord come ... " (Acts 2 :15-20) THE METHODISTS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT A Methodist church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, that holds three thousand members, invited me to speak for them

and several people received a touch of God. The general superintendent of all the church was healed of a deaf ear and a judge's wife received the Baptism ef the Holy Ghost. While we were in Owensboro, Kentucky, a Methodist preacher brought his little girl who never had walked. God healed the little girl. She walked for the first time in her life, and God baptized this preacher with the Holy Ghost. Now he is pastoring a Methodist Holy Ghost church . While we were in Ardmore, Oklahoma, a Methodist school teacher came and she was healed of an affliction she had about eighteen years. God baptized her with the Holy Ghost and she went back and started a healing line in her school. She said as she prayed for them a great number of the children were healed some with polio and some. threw their crutches away. Brother David du Plessis, a world traveller, tells me that five hundred thousand Methodists have been filled with the Holy Ghost in the nation of Chile. Dr. C. H. Richmond, pastor of the Chevy Chase Methodist Church in Washington, D. ~., told about how he received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. He said one of his members, who was the director of education, had been attending a prayer meeting and she came back telling how she spoke in tongues. Nobody could understand her. He said others of his congregation received a wonderful infilling of the Holy Spirit and God bestowed the gifts of the Spirit upon them. This is recorded in Brother C. M. Ward's book, "God Speaks Today". The Bible tells us to earnestly contend 'for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints. The reason that lots of people don't believe that the gifts of the Spirit are working in some churches is because six of the nine gifts work silently. I know of a Methodist boy who was filled with the Holy Ghost, and he asked his daddy why they didn't shout in their church like they used to. His daddy said, "Well in our church we have got established." Coming back from hauling wood that afternoon the mules were pulling a heavy load of wood and one of them balked. The daddy got quite provoked at the mule and said, "I wonder why it is that mule balks and won't pull?" The boy said, "I think he is established." Now we find in Acts 3 :21-24, that all the prophets of the

Old Testament prophesied about the Holy Ghost being poured out in the last days just before the coming of the Lord. The Bible says the heavens must receive Jesus until the restitution of all things. In other words, everything will be restored to the church that the Early Church had, before , Jesus comes. "Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days." (Acts 3 :21-24) NAZARENES ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT . I know of a fellow who had been preaching for the Nazarenes for about forty years. He was filled with the Holy Ghost and now he has prayed teeming thousands of other people through to the Holy Ghost or influenced them to receive the Holy Ghost. Not long back, Herschel Murphy, a Nazarene preacher who had been preaching thirty-three years in the Nazarene churches, telling people that they had the Holy Ghost, brought his wife to 'me in an auditorium. His wife was a schoolteacher. As I started to pray for her she fell under the power. She began to speak in tongues. This preacher was amazed and came to me and said, "Pray that I will receive the Holy Ghost." I felt led to say something. I said, "Go and get a room and lie down in it like a little child, flat on your' back. Start praising God and God will give you the Holy Ghost." I didn't know that he would do that, but he got a room, shut the door and lay down flat on his back like a little child. He said, "God, I will be right here Christmas, or receive the Holy Ghost." In a few minutes he was speaking in tongues. Since then he began to go from nation to nation around the world, setting the world on fire for God.

~r.~; Just about a year ago, a man read my book on the Holy
Spirit Baptism. He had been a Nazarene for many years and he received the Holy Ghost after reading my book. .: In Sterlington, Louisiana, a Nazarene woman who was wealthy came to our meeting and she went round and round the altar and walked on her knees until three o'clock in the morning and was filled with the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues. I was in Hutchinson, Kansas, and a man and woman received the Holy Ghost who had been Nazarenes for many years. The woman had been struck dumb because she didn't believe the word of God. She hadn't talked a bit in nine months. She received the Holy Ghost and talked in tongues. She began to talk normally. Her husband was in bed and couldn't even. walk. I went and prayed for him and he got out of bed and I ran him around the table. I chased him out in the yard and up and down the road for a long time. He was completely well. One morning pretty early, I remember, a Nazarene lady received the Holy Ghost and she spoke in tongues until about t~elve o'clock. She went home and spoke in tongues until four o'clock that afternoon. When we were in Seattle, Washington, the top man of all the Nazarene churches in America was flat on his back being filled with the Holy Ghost when I left him .. The Bible says we must have on the wedding garment to be ready to meet Jesus when He comes. The Bible says the wife has made herself ready. Weare in the double portion days. We are in the best wine days. We want to be as terrible as an army with banners. God is going to restore all the gifts to the church. The church is not going out with less power than it came in. . "Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the Lord hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem." CATHOLICS ARE BEING- FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST Just a few months ago I was in Elmira, New York, and a lady was brought in who had cancer. Her arm was completely dead, she couldn't move it. There was no life, no feeling in it. The doctor said she could only live a short while. I started praying for her and God healed her in-

stantly Life came back to that hand. She was normal. She went back and was examined and she was completely well of that cancer according to her doctor. . But the same time God healed her, He filled her with the Holy Ghost. She had been about to commit suicide and' had a plan made to kill all of her children. Also, her children prayed through and were filled with the Spirit. That was really one happy woman. When I was in Breckenridge, Texas, after service one night in a big auditorium I felt led to pray for a wo:man. I went and touched her head and instantly she was filled with the Holy Ghost and she began to prophesy and speak in tongues. A Baptist woman fell under the power and was filled with the Spirit. Then her son fell under the power and was filled with the Spirit. That all happened after the service was dismissed. This woman that I touched 'Whoreceived the Holy Ghost. was Roman Catholic. A man in service not very long ago was watching the people receive the Holy Ghost and instantly the power of God fell upon him and he was filled with the Spirit. He was Catholic. Sister Brown in Waco, Texas, was a Catholic nun. She was saved and 'while we were down there she prayed about a hundred and twenty people through to the Holy Ghost in our meeting. I guess she 'has prayed thousands through SInce. Harry, Hampel was a Roman Catholic. He received the Holy Ghost and now he is preaching from church to church and nation to. nation around the world, seeing thousands . of Catholics filled with the Holy Ghost. . Joseph DeGrado was a Catholic. Now he is preaching and going from place to place seeing many Catholics filled with the Holy Ghost. Brother David Nunn saw about fifty-eight thousand Catholics surrender to Christ when he was in Mexico City. Brother Tommy Hicks saw nearly one million Catholics surrender to Christ in Argentina. We received a letter from a priest just a few months back. He said, "I received the Hofy Ghost and I spoke in tongues. Somebody asked me was I going to join the Pente-

costal church. I told them no, I was going to teach all of my people to receive this same experience." Brother Jackson saw teeming thousands of Catholics filled with the Holy Ghost in New Orleans. Now there is not room in this book to mention one-tenth of the Catholics that have been filled with the Holy Ghost. The Bible says in Rev. 5 :9, that there will be people out of every nation, kindred and tongue. And in Rev. 9 :16, they will be sealed to escape the tribulation days. Ephesians 1: 13 says the seal of God is the Holy Spirit of promise. The Bible says that the angels desire to look into the days that we are living in. Even the prophets of old wondered about this day, as they prophesied about it. All the prophets . . spoke of it. Rev. Dudley C. Long was a Roman Catholic and while he was conducting services a Catholic man rose. He knew nothing about the Bible. He began to prophesy and speak in another tongue. The Spirit of God fell on him. Rev. Long first wanted to interrupt the man, but he saw that this man was under the power of God. Then the pianist rose and interpreted the message. Then Brother Long, himself, fell under the power and received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost with a beautiful heavenly language. God is pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh. "Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ve will not believe, though it be told you." (Hab

MENNONITES ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT While we were in a revival in Hutchinson, Kansas, we saw a great number of Mennonites receive the Baptism. In Colombia, South America, there were some Mennonites there praying. They wrote us about it. Two little girls who had never learned English began to speak in perfect English. They said, "If this is the real Holy Ghost, we believe we can get it." They began to seek the Holy Ghost and began to speak in an unknown tongue. They said, "If this is the real Holy Ghost like they have up in the States, we can pray for people and they will be heaied. They prayed for a blind man and he was healed. They saw a few other healings and now they have a Pentecostal Mennonite

Church, full of the Holy Ghost. I was talking to a man from Old Mexico. He said in their services people got to fasting and praying and fell under the power and they prayed for seven days and nights without stopping. God baptized a great number with the Holy Ghost and they are speaking in tongues down there now with a great revival. We have received letters from many Mennonites lately of how God is blessing. Rev. Bennett told me of a real spiritual minister by the name of Gerald Derstine, who is full of the Holy Ghost and has seen great numbers of Mennonites filled with the Spirit. His experiences and the things he has seen are recorded in the Full Gospel Men's Voice in November and December, 1960. Here are some of the things he said: "Just then I noticed that they began to quake with their mouth and their jaws would go up and down and they would utter strange sounds. It was as it were stammering lips and the question came to my soul, 'Was that what the Bible called speaking with other tongues?' This, to us, was an unusual experience for we 'never ad experienced those things in our services before. We ve never taught these things and do not sanction the gifts of the Spirit such as the supernatural to be for our day. But we were seeing this take place at this moment and the best we could think was that this must be what the Bible teaches. The principal and founder of the school picked up one of the young girls while she was in the state of trembling and speaking with tongues and took her back into the cloakroom. It seemed that every time we tried to bring things under control in some manner, Instead of it getting under control, it seemed as though others went down under the power of the Spirit. This went on for approximately two hours or more at one- time." . Another place said, "Just then the others all in order began to come out of the violent condition and began to speak in intelligible words and quote certain scriptures, passages that speak things of future events. This service went on into the late hours of the night and into the early hours of the morning. There were those of the students lying on the floor in a trance for as long as three hours at a time." This is where Pentecost fell in a Bible School among the

Mennonites. I understand that Rev. Derstine has a whole organization of churches which he calls the Gospel Crusade. They are people who are filled with the Holy Ghost. God is going to have some people in the last days filled with the Spirit of God. It doesn't rnake a lot of difference to Him which denomination they come out of. The Bible says there are going to be some virgins with their vessels filled with oil and He commands us to take the whole .armor of God that we might be able to stand in the evil day. Acts 3 :21 says all the kindred of the earth will be among this number. , "The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God ... Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes." (Isaiah 35: 1-2, 6-7) CHURCH OF CHRIST PEOPLE ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT My mother has never joined any other church. She has been Church of Christ for years and she is filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak in tongues. She had never heard it preached about in all of her life and the power of God fell upon her. She danced and shouted all through that old log cabin. Since then about six of her girls and about seven of her boys have been filled with the Spirit and some of her children began to preach. Uncle Bob was filled with the Holy Ghost and his daddy was filled 'with the Holy Ghost and they were all Church .of Christ people. He has about seven or eight brothers and sisters and about seven children and they are Pentecostal. One night, in our meeting sixteen Church of Christ people came from a nearby neighborhood. They were all filled with the Holy Ghost ..

In Ft. Worth, Texas, we saw a Church of Christ preacher lying flat on his back, seeking to be filled with the Holv Ghost. He first came and told me he wanted the gifts of healing. I said, "You can't have one of the gifts unless you are willing to take any of them." So he began to seek all the gifts, the gifts of tongues included. In Rev. C. M. Ward's book, "God Speaks Today," he has a page in there about a certain Church of Christ preacher being filled with the Holy Ghost and speaking in tongues . That is page 29: "I praised him quietly for his very presence and love and the more I praised him and forgot about myself, the more I became aware of His presence and fulness within. A rest and a peace inexplainable and certainly not demonstratable flowed through my being. When I eventually went back to the bedroom to awaken my wife with the glad tidings I found it was four o'clock in the morning. I had spent the. better part of the night in a walk with Him that I had previously thought unimaginable. Praise God, the Almighty Sovereign of the universe is as real and quick and able today as He was yesterday." Then he says further, "But all of my faculties were keenly aware and soon unintelligible sounds from the depth of my soul came forth in praise as I communed in and through His Spirit." Of course the Bible says we will have a falling away in the last days. The love of many will wax cold and they will have a form of godliness denying the power thereof, but at the same time, God is pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh according to Acts 15 :2-20. In Daniel 11 :28 it says the devil will be doing exploits but four verses from there in the 32nd verse it says God's people will be doing exploits. God will pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. "Then shall he return into his land with great riches; and his heart shall be against the holy covenant; and he shall do exploits, and return to his own land." (Daniel 11 :28) "And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits." (Daniel

CHRISTIAN MISSIONARY ALLIANCE PEOPLE ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST John Hendricks was pastoring a big church that would hold about a thousand people. He came to our meeting and got all stirred up when he saw the Holy Ghost in action. He thought he had the Holy Ghost. He thought he had the Holy Ghost without speaking in tongues. He went back and prayed about all night and got up the next morning speaking in tongues. He wrote to his headquarters telling them, "I am speaking in another tongue and I don't know how long it will be before I can talk in English. I would like for you brethern to come down and take the church if you don't like it." But they let him keep pastoring. As I was walking down the steps one night in Flint, Michigan, I met a man. I said, "Do you have the Holy Ghost 1" He said, "Well, I don't speak in tongues." He was a Christian Missionary Alliance man. I said, "Would you like to have the tongues?" He said he would and I laid my hands on his head and he began to speak in tongues. Some are asking what we can do to bring unity amongst all the Pentecostal people. I say man can't do that but the Holy Spirit already has us in unity because when we meet each other we can feel and sense the fellowship regardless of what organization tie might be between us. Several people have tried to organize all the independen~ P:ntecostal churches and all the Pentecost in other denominations, but that is the Holy Spirit's job. -Jesus is the exalted head. He is the resurrected head of the church. Anytime you build a fence, you fence more people out than you fence in. Of course their minds are not together but on the day of Pentecost the Bible didn't say their minds were together. They were all in one accord and one spirit. Now we can be in one accord and one spirit. We can have our hearts together. A man and his wife may not have their minds together but still they get along-in unity and in one accord. Jesus is our head. He is our chief cornerstone. He is the door. He openeth and no man shuts. "And such as do Wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits." (Dan. 11:

. JEWS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT .. I know of several Pentecostal preachers who are preaching all around over the world and they used to be Jews. Recently they have been saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. When I was in a revival in San Antonio. Texas, a lady came and was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. Up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a lady was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. I met a man in San Jose, California, just a few days ago. He was a Jew and is saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. A Jewish lady in Detroit came to our meeting. She got to praying and threw up her hands crying, "Jesus, Jesus, blessed Messiah!" And she began to speak with other tongues. Now we have a crusade in Palestine. V\T e have a man over there now who is going from place to place preaching and praying for the sick. We are planning on a big move in a Holy Ghost rally over there in the near future. We are building a chapel on top of Mount Olives for the purpose of causing people to be saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. I read in Rev. Ward's book, "God Speaks Today", about Rev. Paul H. Coxe, pastor of the Trinity Pentecostal Church in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Here is what Rev. Coxe says: "On Easter morning this year, 1960, a Jewish rabbi and some twenty of his members were in attendance at Trinity Pentecostal Church. The rabbi, Mr. Milan, of Temple Beth EI in Elizabeth, had called requesting permission to attend so that his people might witness a Pentecostal meeting. He said, "I feel that the Pentecostals come close to the worship of the Early Church.''' I read in the Full Gospel Men's Voice of July, 1960, about a Jewish rabbi by the name of Jack Robins. He discussed Pentecost and said, "I'll never forget that as a rabbi I used to go through this particular scripture in Hebrews where Joel prophesied of this last-day revival with the Spirit being poured out upon all flesh in the last days." He preached a long sermon in this magazine. He said, "There is only one way and that is through the Holy Spirit Baptism." The Bible tells us plainly that the Jews will be grafted in. That is in Romans 11. And we find in the 7th chapter of

Revelation that the Jews win be filled with the Holy Ghost. Of course the BibJe says plainly in Acts 2: 15-20, that God will pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. We read on down a few verses and Peter said (talking to the Jews) that it is to you and your children and them afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. One time God told Elijah, "I have seven thousand more that are reserved that have not bowed their knee to Baal." So, I feel like He has a lot of Jews reserved today and ready to- use them in this last-day revival. He is going to pour out His Spirit upon all flesh, and show signs, wonders and miracles all over the world. There is a sign of abundance of rain now. There is a cloud like a man's hand. "So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was jl noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, 10, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the .wind, Thus saith the Lord God;' Come from the four winds, 0 breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, and exceeding great army. Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus said the Lord God; Behold, 0 my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. .And ve shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, 0 my people, and brought you up out of your graves. And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoken it, and performed it, saith the Lord." (Ezekiel 37 :7-14) BACKSLIDERS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST I was walking along the prayer room just a few months ago and after the altar service was over I felt led to pray

for someone. I just touched a little girl's head and she began to speak in tongues. Somebody said, "Why she is a backslider!" But God in two seconds had saved her and filled her full of the Holy Ghost. I have seen something like that in almost every revival I have had lately. Backsliders who have gone to the depths of sin and been away from God for six or eight, maybe ten years, instantly God would save them and fill them full of the Holy Ghost. He is calling in all the prodigal girls and prodigal boys and bringing them back. He is getting them ready for the marriage supper in the air. Just a few days ago we were in San Diego, California, and a devil-possessed girl came up .. God showed me there was someone there who had a mental breakdown and I looked and she was standing right before me. God delivered that devil-possessed girl saved her and filled her full of the Holy Ghost in about two seconds. She had been backslidden and had gone to the depths of sin for seven long years.

Ed Bedgood was a backslidden preacher. He had gone to the depths of sin. Atone time in his life he had killed a man. He came to the meeting and was reclaimed, filled with the Holy Ghost. The Bible says, "Return unto me and I will return unto you saith the Lord." He says, "Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow, though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." Naomi returned unto the Lord in the middle of the harvest and she was the means of other people coming back to God other nationalities. All the city was moved and there was a great harvest. There are a lot of cities being moved today over the country. God is surprising a lot of people and filling people with the Holy Ghost by hundreds and thousands. It is a great harvest time that we are in right now and God is dropping people a handful on purpose. God shall save people from all nations and they are coming in right now to be filled with the Holy Spirit. "And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it" (Rev. 21 :24)

YOUNG AND OLD ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST A man in a revival not long ago came up, whowas eightynine years old. God saved him and filled him with the Holy Ghost in about two seconds. Well, my boy was five years old when he was filled with the Holy Ghost. The Bible says plainly that He will pour out His Spirit upon the children, upon all the people. An eight-year-old boy who is full of the Holy Ghost is out preaching now, and a little girl about three years old is preaching and holding big revivals, stirring whole towns. I believe we should dedicate our children to God even when they are babies, and the Spirit of God will come all over them and God will fill them full of the Spirit and when they come to the age of accountability they will receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. The Bible says out of the mouths of babes and sucklings he has perfected praise. He uses the weak to confound the wise. Robert Walker is the editor of the Christian Life Publication in Chicago. Here is what he says: "Actually we have contact with Methodist, Presbyterian, Episcopal and Baptist churches today where the personal works of the Holy Spirit are given the emphasis which is accorded Him in your fine Assembly of God Churches. I am personally grateful for the many friends among your people who have been so helpful, to us particularly in the early days of the study on this subject. I believe now we are. seeing in virtually every major denomination that outpouring of the Holy Spirit which you and other Pentecostal groups have long experienced for so many years." That is found in the book, "God Speaks Today". So God is pouring out His Spirit upon all denominations and all ages of people. "For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. But this is that which .was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will

shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath': blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come ... ' (Acts 2: 15-20) BUSINESSMEN ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST Not long ago there were two radio announcers who came to our meeting and both of them prayed through and received the Holy Ghost. When we were in Flint, Michigan, we saw fourteen different denominations being filled with the Holy Ghost in one room. A great number of them were businessmen. A great number of businessmen in my home town are filled with the Holy Ghost and speak in tongues. The man who owns a lumber company there, a man who owns a grocery company, another man who owns another big grocery company, the operator of a hotel, the owner of a mill, the owner of a gin, the owner of a trucking company and, well, just a great number of them are filled with the Holy Ghost. I know the president of a bank who is filled with the Holy Ghost. Full Gospel Businessmen are putting out a magazine which is nation wide, even internationally known. The name of that magazine is the Full Gospel Men's Voice. In it you will see there are dozens of people all over the country, I should say hundreds and hundreds of businessmen who are filled with the Holy Ghost. True, the angels desire to look into the day that we are in now, that the prophets spoke of. This thing is not done in a corner. John saw a multitude that no man could number. I saw four doctors in one town filled with the Spirit and about twelve nurses. I saw a doctor in Flint, Michigan, who was full of the Holy Ghost and he was healed of a growth on his spine in our revival. I laid my hands on another doctor in Ft. Worth, and he began to speak in tongues. A doctor in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is filled with the Holy Ghost. Doctor W. L. Martin in Seattle, Washington, who had been an infidel for thirty-one years, came to my meeting. After he saw a miracle I took him in a room and prayed with him and he received the Holy Ghost and began to speak in tongues. Now he is the head of the International Gideons

going from nation to nation, preaching the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. When I was in Nashville, a millionaire was full of the Holy Ghost. His son and his two daughters-in-law received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and his wife also received. A doctor in Hartford, Connecticut, who is a personal friend of mine was filled with the Holy Ghost. I know the owner of a plow company in Hutchinson, Kansas, an inventor who has donated a million dollars to one church group in one year, who was filled with the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues. I know the president of a large insurance company who has this wonderful Holy Spirit Baptism. I could go on and on. If I wanted to get this book out of proportion I could tell you a great number of businessmen who are full of the Holy, Ghost. In fact, I owned and operated five businesses myself and the Holy Ghost spoke through me in tongues every day and He showed me just exactly how to operate that business. He led me by the Spirit. When I didn't have but a dollar the Holy Ghost led me into business and kept me there twelve years. I owned everything in that block except one house and God led me into this ministry. "And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing." (Isaiah 10 :27) LA W OFFICERS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY' GHOST I saw the chief of police in my home town in the altar being filled with the Holy Spirit. When I was in Waco, Texas, 'a policeman came to the services. He had never been to a service like that before, and he got under conviction. He ran into the prayer room. I went in there and started to pray for him. He weighed about a hundred pounds more than I did and he went round and round. The power of the devil got all over him and he went to the floor. He wrestled and wrestled and finally he was saved and delivered from devils and filled with the Holy Spirit Baptism. He resigned his job and started out preaching..It was on the front page of the paper in Waco that Policeman Rogers, had started to preach. He started to

Bible School in Waxahachie, Texas, and now he is out on the field-preaching. When we were in a big tent meeting in Houston, Texas, there were two policemen who came to our revival. They said it was the largest crowds they had ever seen at a tent revival. They had been directing traffic there for many years. The power of God got on both of them after they got interested and both of them fell under the power and rolled in the sawdust. One of them got healed of a great big rupture or growth. The other one laid in the .sawdust till about midnight. About twelve people were around him shaking him. I noticed he had his gun on. I whispered in his ear and said, "Do you want me to take your gun off?" He said, "Yeah, it's cocked." I took his gun off and he was filled with the Spirit. Congressman Upshaw had been a congressman of the United States for many years. He even ran for president of the United States on the Prohibition ticket. He was a cripple for sixty-six years. Fifty-nine of these years he walked on crutches and seven years he rolled in a wheel chair. He , went to a revival and got healed threw away his crutches and was completely well, filled with the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, a cancer fell off his face and he went back to Washington, D. C., and told the officials up there how God could do the same thing for them. The Bible says they will come out of every nation, tribe and tongue. The gospel of the kingdom must first be preached to all nations and the gospel of the kingdom is healing the sick and casting out devils and it is preached under the anointing of the Holy Ghost. "And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people." (Matt. 4 :23) "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." (Matt. 24 :14) WE HAVE SEEN THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT We were on the road seven years without a place to stop and call home. We had a Holy Ghost rally every night during these seven years, except for a few nights when we

rested. But every night that we were In service, people were filled with the Holy Ghost. I can't think of one night that people didn't receive the Holy Ghost. We had a Holy Ghost rally every day for seventy-five days. Twice we had two Holy Ghost rallies every day for seventy-five days in succession and people from many different denominations were filled with the Holy Ghost every day. If the pastors counted right, we had one thousand and fifty filled with the Holy Spirit Baptism in ten and a half weeks in Ft. Worth, Texas, in one church. In twenty-three different revivals they counted over ten thousand filled with the Holy Ghost. Brother David du Plessis tells me that there are two hundred thousand Italians in Chile alone filled with the Holy Ghost. I know the man who was the first one to bring the Full Gospel message to Seattle, Washington. He began to pray and people were filled with the Spirit. One lady who was filled with the Spirit began to pray. She said, "God if you will heal me of this big tumor, I will give you what I would have given the doctor." While she was praying a thirtypound tumor fell out in the floor. She sent five hundred dollars to God's people. Some boys took this money over to Indonesia and began to preach and start a revival over there. That was the first time that Penetecostal people had ever been over there. Now we have six thousand Pentecostal people in Indonesia. Not long ago a newspaper reporter came to our meeting and was filled with the Holy Ghost. An infidel in Utah read one of my books. He phoned me long distance. I went to Oregon and he and his wife came to my meeting and were filled with the Spirit. In Camden, Arkansas, we saw one man who weighed eighty-eight pounds who was forty years old. Another man right close to him weighed three hundred and eighty-six pounds and he was twenty years old. Both of them received the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues side by side. I took their picture together. When I was in Erie, Pennsylvania, I was speaking in tongues, and it was interpreted. The pastor, who was an Italian man came around and told me I was speaking in perfect Italian. The interpretation was right.

When I was in Hot Springs, Arkansas, at the Bible School, I fell under-the power and began to speak in an unknown tongue. Sister Barnes interpreted. Brother Goff, who had studied languages said I spoke in the same language that Jesus used to speak, the Aramaic language. He said that was a perfect interpretation. The Bible says the gifts would be here with all the gifts of the Spirit, tongues included, until that which is perfect is come, until the perfection of the saints, until we come to a full-grown man. We will have all the gifts here, the ministerial gifts and the spiritual gifts until then. It makes me feel like saying, "Where is the Lord God of Elijah?" "Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ ... " (Ephesians 4: 13) MANY SINNERS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT In Hot Springs, Arkansas, in a tent meeting God showed me there was a spirit medium in our midst right there close to me. I got up and told the people and two spirit mediums came up and they were both saved instantly and filled with the Holy Ghost. Recently in one of our meetings a fortune teller came to the altar and was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. She had been telling people's fortunes across the country. They came from different states just to have their fortunes told and when they came back they found a big sign up in front of her house, "Healing Campaign". She was praying for the sick. She has been reading my books on the gifts of the Spirit and she prays for people to be healed. One man by the name of Mr. Garrett came to our meeting not long ago that was a bootlegger. He had been making and selling whiskey. He was one of the meanest men in the country'. The devil came to his bed and tried to get him one night. He looked up and saw the devil. But he came to our services and got saved and filled with the Holy Ghost and went back and spoke in tongues during he night and the Lord came to his bed and spoke to him. Several very wicked people have received the Holy Ghost. I know of a homosexual woman in Seattle who lived with

another woman as husband and wife for eight years. She got saved and filled with the Spirit. I could relate how a great number of people that I know have been saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. In Port Arthur, Texas, a prostitute was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. She was running a prostitute house and some of the high officials came there to visit her. Well, she is delivered now and is full of the Spirit. Jake Norwood, a fellow in my home town had twentysix epileptic fits in one night. He was a dope fiend. He tried to commit suicide. He had a tumor on his brain. God saved him, sanctified him, filled him with the Holy Ghost and healed him and called him to preach. I saw a woman a while back, lying flat of her back, and she was possessed with a devil. She crawled like a snake. She pulled her hair and looked like the devil. Instantly she was delivered and filled with the Spirit. I could relate hundreds of cases like that where rank sinners have been delivered. People wonder how rank sinners can come and be filled with the Spirit. I know a woman who had gone to the depths of sin and in about five seconds God saved her and delivered her from cigarettes, sanctified her, filled her with the Holy Ghost and healed her of cancer. Hundreds and hundreds of cases like that can be related. People also wondered how Noah was going to fill that ark. He preached for a hundred and twenty years. But when God's Spirit began to move the animals began to come from every direction, two by two. Even the skunks came to the ark. God can save the bootleggers, the harlots and gamblers and bring the vilest sinners in, because the Spirit of God is moving all over the world. The Bible says those in darkness saw a great light. Though your sins be as scarlet they shall be white as snow. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you. Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy' prophets since the world began." (Acts 3 :19-21)

PEOPLE FROM ALL GROUPS ARE BEING FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT In one of my revivals not long ago there was a man on .the front seat who was a United Brethren man. He had nine cancers on his face and he had heart trouble. As we prayed, all nine cancers fell off his face. He got saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. When he went back to the doctor the heart trouble was completely gone. I suppose he was a millionaire. He said he made $750,000 in seven years. He owned a big plantation and a lot of other property. When I was in Canada not long ago I saw a Jehovah Witness lady come and give her heart to God, was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. Just the other day a Jehovah Witness lady was reading one of my books and she got very interested. Now she wants to be filled with all God has for her. . A lady in Dallas, that is where I live now, was a spiritualist. She posed as a woman from another planet and fooled the soldier boys and government men. She said she was a space woman. She read my book on "Men in the Flying Saucers", and got saved and delivered from Spiritualism. She got the Holy Ghost and now is writing her life story. A Salvation Army woman in our meeting in San Diego, California, came up and gave one thousand dollars in the offering. She gave more, she gave a total of sixteen hundred dollars, but she gave a thousand dollars one night in the offering to help us build revival centers on the foreign field to house the converts. The next night she received a wonderful experience of the Holy Ghost. When we were in Portland, a deaf mute who hadn't talked or heard in all of his life could hear a whisper after we prayed for him. He began to preach over the mike. After he received the Holy Ghost he spoke in tongues over the mike, you could hear him all over the house. When we were in the Philippine Islands, one thousand Filipinos were filled with the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues. When Brother Culpepper was in India, a group of people, I think they were Hindus, came three hundred miles, some in an oxcart and sorne walking. They came' to be prayed for and woke Brother Culpepper up at three o'clock in the morning asking him to pray for them. As he began to pray

for them, they were healed of leprosy. They said, "Now if you will pray for us and all of these young men out here can receive the Holy Ghost we can also cast out devils and heal the sick through the power of God." So he prayed for them and the whole bunch of them, about eight o'clock the next morning, were filled with the Holy Ghost and said they were going to start preaching and getting other people through to the same experience. While Brothel' Branham was in Africa, he had about one hundred thousand people in one congregation.. Thev saw one miracle and ten thousand of them said they would take Jesus as their Saviour. They began to seek the same thing that Brothel' Branham had. While he was in India, those Hindus, Buddhists and all kinds of people saw one miracle anti about thirty thousand people held up their hand that they would take Jesus as their Saviour. God is pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh. You can't fence this thing in. it will jump the fence. Mv brothel' was a school teacher and in the middle of school his pupils prayed through down in the woods and got the Baptism. They came on up to the school house and the Holy. Gost fell upon them and they shouted and spoke in tongues. While I was in Bangkok. Thailand, as we had a big Holy Ghost rally there in a house that held one thousand, a Buddhist school teacher was filled with the Holy Ghost. Not long ago a man came up who was as drunk as he could be. He had just killed a man by sticking a beer bottle in his heart. This man came into my services and God delivered him saved him and filled him with the Holy Ghost in about three seconds. The Time Magazine in the. September 5, 1960, edition, Michael Callaghan reporting: "The gift of tongues is a lot more widespread than most people realize." The Time Magazine of August, 1960, reported that many Episcopalians are being baptized with the Holy Ghost speaking with tongues. It is no longer practiced by some old sect across the street, it is practiced by preachers and members of many churches of high reputation." Brother David du Plessis is my close friend and he has returned from the Ecumenical Institute in Switzerland. One of the leaders there said that there should be a clear yes

or no to the question, "Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed?" He spoke to that g-roup very freely that they must accept the enduement of power or the judgment that John spoke of. The Pentecostal movement and its achievements were referred to time and time again as proof of what personal witnessing inspired by the Holy Ghost can do. Pentecost is not a movement, but an experience. He said that in the commission on faith and order of the world churches, speaking in tongues was referred to as having a real place in the freedom and order of the Spirit. You can get a full report of this in the Voice of Healing, August, 1960. George W. Cornell wrote an article for the Associated Press and it was scattered in papers all over the United States. He wrote this article under these bold headlines: STAID EPISCOPAL CLERGYlVIEN SPEAKING WITH TONGUES, SPEAKING WITH TONGUES AMAZES CHURCHES AGAIN. This was published in many leading papers across the nation. Now God is doing a quick work. TIe knows them that are His. He is about to wind the little ball up very fast. He is pouring out the Spirit upon all flesh. Brother da Plessis, who is a world traveller, tells me that he knows of twelve million people in the world today who speak in tongues and have the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. He said there are two hundred thousand Italians in Chile alone who are filled with the Holy Ghost. I read in the Old Bible where the temple went up without a sound of a hammer. All the parts came together from different parts of the world. God is bringing in His church. We are going to be the temple and God is about to finish the building now. We are stones in God's building. He is getting them ready. He is cutting us in shape: It is going to come together and when God gets ready nothing will hinder it. "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." (Matt. 28 :19) The Bible says that we are supposed to go and teach all nations in all the world to observe everything that He commanded the apostles to do. He commanded the apostles to heal the sick and cast out devils by His power. He com,

manded the apostles not to leave till they receive the Holy Ghost. This is a commandment according to Matthew 28 :19. The last commandment that Jesus gave is in Acts 1 :4. He commanded those disciples of His not to leave, not to baptize anybody else or heal anybody else, not to preach anymore until they went back and got the power from on high. He didn't only command them to do that but He commanded them to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, teaching them to observe the same commandment. In Mark 1'6:15-1R he says: "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." That is all denominations and all nationalities. He said, "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, he that believeth not shall be damned, and these signs shall follow them that believe." Not the apostles, not the preachers, not one denomination, but to evervbodv. all over he world. All nationalities and all denominations. Every believer! "These signs shall follow them that believe, in my name shall they cast out-devils and they shall speak with new tongues."

Friends. what are you going to do about it? We are commanded to take it to all the world and the Bible says that his gospel shall be preached to all nations and to all people and He said He would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. When those people in foreign nations see miracles, they believe. God has promised that signs would follow the people who preach the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and that is what we are doing. Friends, you can satisfy yourself if you are not full of the Holy Ghost, you can satisfy yourself by going into a room or getting otT in a hotel room somewhere, closing the door, and praying) fasting, read the book of Acts, read the four gospels. Stay right there and fast and pray until God shows you and then you will be contented and you will be satisfied for yourself and God will pour out His Spirit upon you. If you will yield to Him, you will be speaking in tongues. Speaking in tongues builds up your faith and edifies you. "But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost." (Jude 20)
