I promise not to allow anyone in PMC to take a bribe. Every citizen in my ward can call me on Tele No ________ in case a bribe is being demanded. I will keep the citizen name confidential and work with the Police Commissioners Anti Corruption bureau to get the concerned public servant arrested I will maintain a website (and other means) to report the number of cases of corruption that have come to me and how many resolve

If no action is taken by me, against a complaint of corruption within 15 days, I request the Citizens of Pune to Stand in front of my Residence with a black flag
4. I will ensure that public sanitation work is done properly. A 12 hour helpline will be maintained at each ward level for citizens to complain if no garbage is removed or Muncipal Workers do not do their job. If no action is taken, I can be personally contacted on telephone number __________

If no action is taken, within 1 week, I request the citizen to dump the garbage in front of my house. 5. I am ashamed that Maharashtra is the only state in India to have an entry tax like Octroi. All other states in India have other methods to collect local taxes and I pledge to regularly raise this issue in the PMC and urge my political party to send a proposal to the state govt. for abolishing the Octroi for Pune. If I do not raise this issue atleast once every month, I request the citizens of Pune start reminding me, by sending hundreds of SMS's and make Hundreds of Phone Calls through the Whole Night on this number __________ 6. I will protect open spaces and Nalas of Pune and make it Clean & Green. I will ensure that eco-friendly bio remedies are used in all the 150 nalas of Pune to purify the sewage water being released from the Sewage Treatment Plants and other human habitats, before it pours into the rivers If I fail to implement this within the first 6 months of my getting elected, please send me the samples of the sewage water, to my Residence Address 7. I will support and implement within the next 3 years, Bio-Diversity Parks and not allow any

encroachments on Roads and Public Amenity Space. I will also ensure that for every road repair work, the date of commencement and the date of completion will be displayed on the site of work. If I fail to meet this promise, I request the Citizens of Pune, to block my vehicle anytime, when I travel within Pune 8.. I will ensure that issues that come up before the General Body, Standing Committee, City Improvement Committee etc. are put up 48 hrs before, on the PMC website as well as on a special Notice Board in all the Prabhags. I will ensure that each Mohalla Committee representative is made a member of the Prabhag Samiti. Every Proposal would be implemented only after extensive consultation with the Mohalla Representative I WILL discuss these issues with citizens at the Ward Office meetings.Similarly, for all PMC work orders over Rs. 50L al specifications, contract details etc. will be discussed with citizens at the ward Office meetings I declare, that any implementation of a proposal, which does not have a Citizen's Participation stands Null and Void 9. I shall meet the Citizens of my ward, at least once a fortnight, on a fixed DAY & TIME, to address their concerns and problems. If I miss my meetings with the Citizens, for 2 consecutive fortnight, I would like to invite the citizen to feel free to enter my residence anytime and talk to me. Free Snacks and Lunch/Dinner will be provided to anybody who come to my house !!
