Objectives
1) To ensure that only qualified students will enroll in courses that have licensure / board examinations

Project/Activities
Screening of incoming first year students during enrollment.

Strategies
Limit enrollees of courses with board exams by setting minimum qualifications. The following are recommended: - at least 80% GWA in high school. - at least average score in the RMTU entrance examination, To allow only students who passed the battery examinations to enter their third year proper.

Only qualified students are enrolled in courses that have licensure / board examinations.

Battery examinations for incoming third year students

Only students who passed the battery examinations will be allowed to enter tjhird year in courses with licensure / board exams. Only qualified and licensed instructors will handle major subjects of courses with licensure/ board examinations. Only instructors who will consistently passed their peformance evaluation should be allowed to teach in courses who have licensure / board examinations.

Recruitment and screening of instructors

Recruit instructors who are qualified and licensed in their respective profession.

Performance evaluation of instructors.

Conduct performance evaluation of instructors every end of the semester. Raters should include their students, their peers and their immediate superiors.
