TOPIC: GRAMMAR Sub Topic: Nouns, Countable Nouns and Uncountable Nouns Learning Outcome: At the end of the lesson, students will be able to : 1. tell what is noun 2. name out several nouns for people, places, ideas, things and animals 3. tell what is countable noun 4. tell what is uncountable noun 5. name out several examples of countable noun and uncountable noun 6. differentiate between countable and uncountable noun Activities: The teacher asked the students to name several things in the class. The teacher then asked the students what they are naming out? Then the teacher explains about the topic Nouns. The teacher gives notes and asked the students to copy them in their Grammar Book. The teacher explains to the students. Then, the students are given exercise and the teacher guides the students in performing the task. Aktiviti: Guru menjalankan pentaksiran dengan memanggil pelajar seorang demi seorang untuk melakukan kerja amali mengikut KMMPED 01. Pelajar juga diminta untuk melukiskan gambarajah multi meter dan melabelkan bahagian utama multi meter K/R: Pelajar diminta untuk membuat ulangkaji untuk bab Meter Pelbagai Penilaian:

TOPIK: ALAT PENGUJIAN Sub Topik: Meter Pelbagai Objektif: Di akhir pengajaran, pelajar-pelajar boleh: 1. Membaca nilai perintang dengan betul 2. Mengukur nilai voltan DC dengan tepat bagi kombinasi sambungan sel yang diberi 3. Mematuhi peraturan keselamatan yang ditetapkan Aktiviti: Guru menjalankan ujian ringkas mengenai kod warna perintang seperti yang telah diumumkan minggu lepas. Guru mengarahkan pelajar untuk membuat latihan amali m/s 64 dan 65 dalam Modul Pembelajaran MPED iaitu untuk mengukur nilai voltan DC. Guru membuat demonstrasi cara amali itu akan dilakukan. Guru akan membuat pemantauan dan pemarkahan dari kumpulan ke kumpulan. K/R: Pelajar diminta untuk membuat laporan mengenai kerja amali yang telah dilakukan. Penilaian:

TOPIC: ESSAY Sub Topic: Summary Writing Learning Outcome: At the end of the lesson, students will learn the techniques of effective summary writing. Activities: The Teacher will explain to the students the effective ways to summarize any passage. Then the students are given an exercise in the class. TOPIC: ESSAY Sub Topic: Literature Component Learning Outcome: At the end of the lesson, students will learn and understand the second chapter of Potato People. 20/02/2008 1.20 2.00 (1 period) FORM 2B ENGLISH Activities: The Teacher will ask the students to take turns and read out the second chapter: The Boy in the Tree The teacher will then explains the story line to the students. TOPIC: COMPREHENSION Sub Topic: Non Linear Text and Linear Text Learning Outcome: At the end of the lesson, students will be able to understand non linear and linear texts and will be able to answer the question that follows. Activities: The students are given handouts containing non linear and linear texts. The students are asked to read the linear text by themselves and find words that they do not understand in the dictionary. The teacher then called out several students to read the passage aloud and the teacher will explain to the students paragraph by paragraph. The students are then thought the technique of answering comprehension for linear text. Then the teacher gives out 1 example and asks the students to answer the rest of the questions. The teacher then discusses the answer. Then, the students are asked to study the picture and read out the elaborations given for the picture for non linear text. The teacher then calls out several students and ask them to tell what they understand by studying the picture and the notes given The teacher then explains the pictures and the elaborations given for the picture to the students The students are then thought the technique of answering comprehension for non linear text. Then the teacher gives out 1 example and asks the students to answer the rest of the questions. H/W: Comprehension questions Evaluation:
