Mr. Gogulski is a civil engineer with broad senior level experience in general contracting, facilities planning, property management, real estate development and design. For the last 12 years, he operated his own forensic engineering and construction consulting practice with offices in Nevada, Utah and South Carolina. He helped resolve hundreds of cases in litigation throughout the country, specializing in contracts, claims, accidents, quality control, and OSHA compliance.
Starting as a Planner and Estimator in Bechtels San Francisco office, Mr. Gogulski grew in progressive steps to Project Manager and Vice President with general contractors. He joined General Electrics corporate Real Estate and Construction Operation as Resident Construction Manager where he oversaw six industrial construction projects on the east coast, then was hired by one of his former supervisors at GE to oversee design and construction of Disneys Contemporary Resort Hotel at Disneyworld in Orlando, FL. This led to Director of Construction for Lanning Corporation, a Boston based shopping center developer, Vice President of Drexel Properties, a Dallas based developer, and Project Manager for NICO Construction Company, one of New Yorks largest general contractors. As general contractor, Mr. Gogulski built Class A office building renovations in New York, 3000 multi-family units in Texas, Colorado and North Carolina, and two golf course retirement communities in New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Gogulski was Development Manager for Kaiser Engineers, Director of Facilities for Teradyne Corporation, Project Manager for New York City Transit and Project Officer for New York City School Construction Authority. Reporting to the CFO of Teradyne, Mr. Gogulski supervised a staff of 75 technical personnel, managed all of Teradynes facilities world-wide and built their new 10 story corporate headquarters in Boston.

Predator Project, Creech Air Force Base, Indian Springs, NV Directed quality control for the Predator Headquarters building and related support facilities for a general contractor on behalf of US Army Corps of Engineers. New York City School Construction Authority, New York, NY Directed 22 school renovation and new construction programs from conception and design, through construction and final closeout. Supervised numerous general contractors and construction managers. New York City Transit, Brooklyn, NY Administered construction contracts in the Infrastructure Department for complex transit and station renovation projects. Oversaw two field offices for engineering, change orders, progress payments, and scheduling with full responsibility for cost, progress and client satisfaction. Supervised 8 engineers; monitored and ensured project safety; directed and scheduled general contractors. Contemporary Resort Hotel, Disneyworld, Orlando FL Oversaw design and construction as Owners Agent for this award winning monumental project. Supervised a 10 man engineering and field staff. Assumed control when the project was one year behind schedule and corrected it by insisting the architect move on site. Field production was increased to include a work force of 1200 for two 12 hour shifts, 7 days/wk. Southeast Corridor Project, Kaiser Engineers Boston, MA As Development Manager. oversaw an urban design team in the planning of Metropolitan Boston Transit Authoritys Southeast Corridor, a five mile long mass transit/urban development project, which includes seven subway stations, two Amtrak and four transit lines, five miles of park land, 36 bridge renovations, and five miles of road. Supervised 4 architectural firms and two consultants.
