GUIDELINES FOR THE SYSTEMATIC ORGANISATION STUDY

1. Ten departments or department functions are identified in an organisation. 2. A detail study on each points mentioned hereunder has to be undertaken and should be included in the report. 3. Any other department or function identified during working with that organisation then study also can be undertaken on those areas. 4. Any differences or dissimilarities may be noted then and there to the industry guide and faculty guide.

DETAIL STUDY ON OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT OR OPERATIONS FUNCTIONS OF THE ORGANISATION 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Introduction on department. What are the different categories of employees. Staff and portfolio details of the said department. What are the products/services of the organisation. What are the sub products (by-products)/other services of the organisation.
