B. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
(1) Graduated with good engineering degree [1 13, 17 19 ] (2) S1 degree is preferred [1 13, 17 19] (3) Proven engineering and or construction experiences in Industrial and or Oil & Gas plant project min. 10 years (SENIOR ENGINEER), 5 years (ENGINEER/ARCHITECT), 2 years (JUNIOR ARCHITECT), and 2 years (DRAFTER). C. FURTHER REQUIREMENTS

1. Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer (code : SCDE)


Responsibilities:
The Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer shall develop civil/structural design, calculation, project specifications; review and implement Government regulations, industrial codes and standards.

Requirements:
The Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, ten (10) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering and construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant projects, including steel / concrete structures, major equipment foundations, pipe racks, process plant and buildings. The Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer shall have ability to analyze geotechnical, geo hazard, and survey interpretations; review and implement Government regulations and industrial codes. The Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer must each have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards; must be responsible for the engineering and design and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs. The Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineer shall have participated in at least two (2) successful projects as Senior Engineer and must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise engineering and design team and coordination with other engineering disciplines.

2. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (code : SMDE)


Responsibilities:
The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer shall develop mechanical design engineering, project mechanical specifications; review and implement Government regulations, industrial codes and standards.

Requirements:
The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, ten (10) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant projects, including compression systems, pressure vessels, pumps, HVAC, air cooled heat exchangers, etc. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer must each have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards; must be responsible, as senior engineers, for the mechanical engineering and design of at least one project above with similar mechanical equipment and mechanical systems. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.

3. Senior Electrical Design Engineer (code : SEDE)


Responsibilities:
The Senior Electical Design Engineer shall develop electrical design engineering, project electrical specifications; review and implement Government regulations, industrial codes and standards.

Requirements:
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, ten (10) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant projects, including fire alarm system, paging and announcement system, telephone system, MATV & CCTV system, etc. The Senior Electrical Engineer must each have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must be responsible, as senior engineers, for the electrical engineering and design of at least one project above with similar electrical equipment and electrical systems. The Senior Electrical Design Engineer must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.

4. Civil/Structural Design Engineer (code : CDE)


Responsibilities:
The Civil/Structural Design Engineer shall participate in the civil/structural engineering and design such as preparing and checking engineering design calculation, design drawing and bill of quantities.

Requirements:
The Civil/Structural Design Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, for foundation and superstructure work. The Civil/Structural Design Engineer must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards (ACI, AISC, SNI, ASCE, JIS, BS, ASME, and other recognized international standard); must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs (STAAD Pro).

5. Architect (code : A)
Responsibilities:
The Architect shall develop concept design, project specifications; review and implement Government regulations, industrial codes and standards; participate in developing engineering and design concepts such as preparing and checking space needs, design drawing and dimensions/space programming.

Requirements:
The Architect must have at least a Bachelor degree in Architecture, five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, for building work. The Architect must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards (national and international standard relating to architectural work) and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs (CAD).

6. Mechanical Design Engineer (code : MDE)


Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Design Engineer shall participate in the mechanical engineering and design such as preparing and checking engineering design calculation, design drawing, and bill of quantities.

Requirements:
The Mechanical Design Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, including mechanical equipment and lay out. The Mechanical Design Engineer must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards (ASME, NFPA, SMAGNA, ICC-ES, SNI, JIS, and other recognized international standard); must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.

7. Electrical Design Engineer (code : EDE)


Responsibilities:
The Electrical Design Engineer shall participate in the electrical engineering and design such as preparing and checking engineering design calculation, design drawing and bill of quantities.

Requirements:
The Electrical Design Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, including electrical equipment and lay out. The Electrical Design Engineer must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA, SNI, JIS, and other recognized international standard); must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs (lighting calculation, paging calculation).

8. Process Engineer (code : PRE)


Responsibilities:
The Process Engineer shall participate in the process engineering and design such as preparing and checking engineering design calculation, design drawing and bill of quantities.

Requirements:
The Process Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering discipline, five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, including process equipment and lay out. The Process Engineer must be familiar with heat exchangers, equipment design and dealing with process and control related issues, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. Proven an experience in cryogenic engineering would be of advantage.

9. Piping Engineer (code : PPE)


Responsibilities:
The Piping Engineer shall participate in the piping engineering and design such as preparing and checking piping design calculation, piping design drawing and bill of quantities.

Requirements:
The Piping Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering discipline, five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, including piping equipment and lay out. The Piping Engineer must be familiar with Pipe Material Specifications, Piping NDE Specifications & Procedures, valve operation and application, Shop & Field fabrication specifications, P&ID work numbering of Pipe Lines & locating of Pipe specifications breaks.

10. Cost Engineer (code : COE)


Responsibilities:
The Cost Engineer shall participate in the bidding, engineering and construction phase such as preparing and checking construction cost estimation and construction cost controller.

Requirements:
The Cost Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities. The Cost Engineer must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such cost estimation/controller. Proven an experience in QS Firm will be advantages.

11. Instrument Engineer (code : IE)


Responsibilities:
The Instrument and Control Engineer shall participate in establish requisitions for process valves and instrumentation according to industrial standards and project specifications, the Functional Design Specification and Narratives.

Requirements:
The Instrument Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering discipline, five (5) years of applicable experience in the development and optimization of process control and its associated instrumentation for the oil and gas industry. The Instrument Engineer must be familiar with the dimensioning of control valves and safety valves for cryogenic services according to oil and gas standards. Proven an experience in cryogenic engineering would be of advantage.

12. Procurement Engineer (code : PCE)


Responsibilities:
The Procurement Engineer shall participate in manage the entire purchasing process, from sourcing, request for quotation, negotiation, award, scheduling, process PO, arrange for shipment, follow up on orders, delivery control and expediting the materials to ensure on-time delivery to support production.

Requirements:
The Procurement Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering discipline, five (5) years of applicable experience in the development and optimization of procurement process for the oil and gas industry. The Procurement Engineer must be familiar with design/product specifications, supplier qualifications, and term of contracts.

13. Junior Architect (code : JA)


Responsibilities:
The Junior Architect shall participate in engineering and design such as to prepare plot plan, site plan, building plan, section, elevation and detailed design drawing for site work, utilities, building, etc.

Requirements:
The Junior Architect must have at least a Bachelor degree in Architecture, two (2) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, for building work. The Junior Architect must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs (CAD).

14. Civil/Structural Drafter (code : CD)


Responsibilities:
The Civil/Structural Drafter shall participate in the civil/structural engineering and design such as to prepare plot plan and detailed engineering design for site work, general foundation, steel/concrete structure, pipe rack/bridge, cable duct, building, etc.

Requirements:
The Civil/Structural Drafter must have at least a Technical School, Diploma, Bachelor degree in Civil and or CAD, two (2) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, for foundation and superstructure work. The Civil/Structural Drafter must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs (CAD).

15. Mechanical/Piping Drafter (code : MD)


Responsibilities:
The Mechanical/Piping Drafter shall participate in the mechanical/piping engineering and design such as to prepare mechanical upstream and down stream plot plan and detailed engineering design for site work, utilities, building, etc.

Requirements:
The Mechanical/Piping Drafter must have at least a Technical School, Diploma, Bachelor degree in Mechanical and or CAD, two (2) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, for foundation and superstructure work. The Mechanical/Piping Drafter must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs (CAD).

16. Electrical Drafter (code : ED)


Responsibilities:
The Electrical Drafter shall participate in the electrical engineering and design such as to prepare electrical upstream and down stream plot plan and detailed engineering design for site work, utilities, building, etc.

Requirements:
The Electrical Drafter must have at least a Technical School, Diploma, Bachelor degree in Electrical and or CAD, two (2) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, for foundation and superstructure work. The Electrical Drafter must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs (CAD).

17. Construction Civil Engineer (code : CCE)


Responsibilities:
The Construction/Site Civil Engineer shall participate in the civil/structural engineering and construction such as preparing and checking shop drawing and bill of quantities.

Requirements:
The Construction/Site Civil Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, five (5) years of applicable experience in construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, for foundation and superstructure work. The Construction/Site Civil Engineer must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards (ACI, AISC, SNI, ASCE, JIS, BS, ASME, and other recognized international standard) and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable.

18. Construction Mechanical Engineer (code : CME)


Responsibilities:

Requirements:
The Construction/Site Mechanical Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, five (5) years of applicable experience in construction of oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, including mechanical equipment and lay out. The Construction/Site Mechanical Engineer must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards (ASME, NFPA, SMAGNA, ICC-ES, SNI, JIS, and other recognized international standard) and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable.

19. Construction Electrical Engineer (code : CEE)

Responsibilities:
The Construction/Site Electrical Engineer shall participate in the electrical engineering and construction such as preparing and checking shop drawing and checking bill of quantities.

Requirements:
The Construction/Site Electrical Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, five (5) years of applicable experience in construction of oil and gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities, including electrical equipment and lay out. The Electrical Design Engineer must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA, SNI, JIS, and other recognized international standard) and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable.
