During a hearty laugh, oxygen surges through the bloodstream and your brain orchestrates hormonal rushes that raise alertness and numb pain. Scientists at the Centre of Preventive Cardiology at the University of Marylandin America believe that laughter 15 is very good for the heart. We start laughing when we are around 10 weeks old.
