Apologies None all present Minutes approval Minutes were apporved by all members of the committee who read them. Tournament The tournament will be less staffed than usual as a resut there will be no pickups by Nick Brooks, Kieran Russell to talk to a cab firm for some sort of deal. Ben Mayne will run the event, Andrew Fitzpatrick will run the door with Sam O'Hara. Sam O'Hara will also deal with minutes for the meeting for the previous evening. Sam O'Hara to get four gangs and ethernet cables. Bar Craft Nick Brooks has not done the minibus training, Jon Wilson will do it Monday 27th Feburary. There is room for apporixmately 8 people in James O'Leary's Lounge. Nick Brooks has said he should be able to drive people there in his landrover. After the number of committee asked to go there are three seats remaining for normal members

Design a cocktail social James putforward the idea of a cocktail social as ACOG currently does not have a society drink. The idea is people turn up design a cocktail and the best one wins by some sort of vote. Details still need to be talked through with James, Kieran Russell, Ben Mayne and Lisa Newton will talk to James after meeting. Update on last event Sam O'Hara believes it was a profit of 88 profit VPS Nick Brooks to cancel vps auto renew, so funds can be approved on a monthly basis. Solutions to VPS issues are talked about but nothing comes to any agreement. Miniclip Miniclip has contatced ACOG to make reivews and walkthroughs for their youtube channel. The Emails that have been exchanged between Nick Brooks and Miniclip will be forward to all committee members.

Bank account Sam has informed the committee that the HSBC bank account will be set up soon as it was only proof of Adress was needed not Proof of Identity.
