2. The following crime(s) occurred on 94 Corner Road Rogersville, M065742 3. The facts supporting this belief are as follows:

On or about February 22, 2012 Deputy John Everett applied for and received a search warrant for 94 Corner Road Rogersville, MO 65742 inside Webster County. During a search of the residence at least one firearm was located. According to MSHP Sgt Dan Nash with the Missouri State Highway Patrol he interviewed Alfred 0 Clevenger at the residence. According to Nash the suspect made following statements: ~ ~ ~ Clevenger said during the middle of January, a murder was committed Road Rogersville, MO located in Webster County. Clevenger said the murder was committed with a Ruger 22 caliber revolver. Clevenger said he got the 22 caliber revolver from his mother and gave it to Dewayne Layton who wanted to borrow the firearm. at 94 Corner

Clevenger said he placed the firearm in a Christmas stocking with other ammunition. Clevenger said he took the firearm to dispose of it by Lassley Spring Road south of Rogersville.

According to MSHP Sgt D. Nash, the 22 caliber revolver was found in a Christmas stocking in the location described by Clevenger. Clevenger led Missouri State Highway Patrol Investigators to the body of Billy J. Harris.

MO 65742 inside Webster County. During a search of

the residence a Remington 870 20 gauge shotgun was located in Kevin Laytonls bedroom by Trooper James Musche of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The body of Billy J. Harris was located by Dectective John Everett on the North side of B Highway, directly across from a mailbox numbered 8747 in Rogersville, Missouri. On 2/22/12 I interviewed Hannah Lynn Tilley at the Webster County Sheriffls Office and

she made the following statements ~ ~ ~ Tilley said in middle of January 2012 she saw Dewayne Layton shoot Billy J. Harris with a western style revolver. Tilley said Alfred Clevenger was there when Billy J. Harris was shot Tilley said Kevin Layton was there when Billy J. Harris was shot On 2/23/12 I interviewed Tilley again and she made the following statements

Tilley said after Harris was shot, she was walking towards the door and Kevin Layton pointed a shotgun at her. Tilley said because of this she did not feel free to leave and said she was in fear of being shot. ~ ~ ~ Tilley said after this she told Dewayne she wouldn't leave until they felt she could leave. Tilley said after this Dewayne told Kevin he could put the shotgun down. Tilley said at one point Dewayne took her outside and she felt Dewayne was going to kill her. Tilley said that after the shooting Alfred Clevenger took her to Springfield. According to Dan Nash with the Missouri State Highway Patrol he spoke with Alfred Clevenger during the search of the property on 02/22/12. made the following statements: According to Nash, Alfred Clevenger

Clevenger said that Kevin Layton was there when Billy J. Harris was shot. Clevenger said that Hannah Tilley was there when Billy J. Harris was shot. Clevenger said that he put the 22 caliber revolver in a Christmas stocking and disposed of it in an area near a cemetery. Clevenger provided directions to the cemetery. According to Dan Nash, the 22 caliber revolver was found in a Christmas stocking in the

location described by Alfred Clevenger. I interviewed Kevin Layton at the residence on 02-22-12. After being read Miranda Kevin said

he owns and has a shotgun.
