KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WE, The Heirs of DOMINADOR WONG, namely: DOMINADOR WONG JR., MERCEDITA W. EGLOSO, CESARIO WONG, CARMELITA W. CABRIGAS and ALFONSO WONG, all of legal ages, Filipinos, married, with residences and postal addresses at the Municipality of Basey, Samar, Philippines, except Alfonso Wong who is a resident of Metro Manila, have NAMED, CONSTITUTED and APPOINTED, AND by these presents do NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT our co-heir MERCEDITA W. EGLOSO, daughter of said Dominador Wong, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence and postal address at S. Marabut St., Basey, Samar to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our NAME, PLACE and STEAD, and for our own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely: 1. To represent the Heirs of DOMINADOR WONG in all matters pertaining to the execution of Extra-Judicial Settlement with Donation of a real property situated at Divisoria St., Baybay District, Basey, Samar to which the mentioned deceased Dominador Wong, being one of the legal heirs of the owner Dominga Peida, has a share. Particular description of the said lot is as follows: A parcel of residential land situated at Divisoria St., Baybay District, Basey, Samar. Bounded on the North by the lot owned by Ceriaco Yenogacio; on the East by the lot owned by Carlito Viojan; on the South by Divisoria St.; and on the West by the lot owned by Eulogio Batica containing an area of Eighty point Seventy-Five (80.75) square meters, more or less, declared under the name of Dominga Peida 2. To make, sign, execute, and deliver documents, agreements, and other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and all third persons, concerns, or entities, upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney in pursuance to the above-mentioned purposes. GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
