Step Induction (5 minutes)

Introduce the topic multiplication of money. Real life situation

Step 1 ( 20 minutes)

Multiplication of money

4. Based on the brochures, pupils find the price based on the quantity asked. 5. Pupils count the amount in group.

Step 2 (20 minutes)

Multiplication of money. Drill multiplication operation on money in different situation

1. Teacher displays question on the LCD screen.

1. Pupils count together to get the answer. 2. Pupils try to calculate the answer in front. 3. Pupils check the answer together. 4. Pupils do correction on the mistake.

Step 3 ( 10 minutes)

Simple activity on multiplication of money 1 group of pupils stays in a line. 1 group of pupils seat in a circle Pupils will close their eyes Teacher will put question behind them. After that, pupils will open their eyes. Pupils will find their friend that pasted answer on his backside.

1. Teacher gives direction and demonstration about the activity will be held.

1. Pupils will calculate the question as soon as possible in 2 minutes only. 2. Pupils will find their friend to match the answer and question. 3. Pupils will check the answer together.

1. Teacher asks pupils the amount they safe a day. 2. Teacher asks the total of saving in a week or month.
