I believe that leadership cannot be taught, not in a seminar, not in a course, nor a textbook.

Neither can entrepreneurship; if your requesting to be educated in entrepreneurial studies, your doing it wrong. Neither can creativity; an artist should not be schooled in the art of thought. Rather, this is quite backwards. Albert Einstein once said, "The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education." Wisdom is not the intelligence it is oft perceived to be. This is because it is our creativity that is our education, it is our one step lead. A student who sits in in his class and waits for his teacher has already lost all sight on application and underlying principles. Then there is the student, who has already proved, derived and applied these concepts, before his classmate has put pen to paper. I am that latter student. To reverse engineer concepts before they are disclosed is to stimulate ones creative mind, and to create a logical network that is always running. My father once told me, the rule of thumb in engineering, is that only 10% of engineers are worth a shit. Pardon the profanity, but its true. An Engineer cannot be taught past the boundary of theoretical concepts and standards of his trade. To be creative is also unlearned, and to be creative, is to be a good engineer; provided the solution is superior to the others. there are a hundred engineers in one room of the same specialty. of those engineers, 90 percent supposedly will pitch their solutions, only to realize the others have thought of it too. Perhaps the solution is viable, but certainly not the best, or perhaps not functional or applicable whatsoever. The remaining 10 engineers have devised there own solutions; they are good, convenient, and most likely acceptable. The winning engineer, has already independently considered the former solutions when contemplating his own solution. (I use this format to exclude my self from the narrative for the sake of limiting the egotistical impressions by others, but clearly it has become a pattern of my own self reflectance.) I am that one engineer, and that student, who experience's his own solution bottom up as he is taught. My approach is also simultaneously top-down; counter intuitive. Starting from the problem statement, going bottom up the solution set branches at each variable as it nears its end point, when each solution is made, then begins a unique reverse engineering top-down approach to identify potential bases. Finally, there is the convergence of efficiency, the synthesis of multiple nodes of thought. these are the best solutions merged and optimized. Maybe this seems alien to others, but it is second nature for me. I solve these solutions in parallel. I think in parallel if you will, yet I don't perceive it as such. In other words, this is how think, this is my being. In my life I have always found myself myself on top in engineering design; I don't think outside the box, I think outside the universe. I take it upon my self to solve every problem I come across, and store it in my mental library till the day that I can claim my intellectual property. I am an entrepreneur not on the account of confidence but on probability theory. I Know I will succeed because I know for fact that my design is more efficient, that nothing like it exists, that the field doesn't exist yet. On that fact and the number of ideas I have, I aim to be the youngest billionaire, and the youngest Nobel prize winner. I will change the world; its not a matter of time, it is who I am.
