P|ace the washer on a sturdy f|at surface. - lf the washer |s p|aced on an uneven or weak surface, no|se or
v|brat|on occurs. A||owab|e |s 1} Adjust the |egs for even p|acement.
Never insta|| the washer near water. - Do not p|ace the washer |n steamy rooms or where the washer |s d|rect|y
exposed to ra|n. Mo|sture may destroy the e|ectr|ca| |nsu|at|on caus|ng an e|ectr|ca| shock hazard.
Avoid direct sun|ight or heaters. - As p|ast|c an e|ectr|ca| components are affected by d|rect heat, never
p|ace the washer near furnaces, bo||ers, etc. Do not p|ace under d|rect sun||ght.
LEVELLING
lf the washer |s not |eve|ed w|th the ground, |t makes the mach|ne tremb|e more or be out of order.
So, make sure that the washer |s |eve|ed proper|y.
SEE IF THE MACHINE IS PLACED LEVEL BY CHECKING THE POSITION OF THE
WASHING TUB.
Open the ||d of the mach|ne, pour water |nto the tub up to the |eve| just be|ow the pu|sator, and
adjust the |egs so that the pu|sator |s pos|t|oned at the center of the water as shown |n the f|gure.
P|ace the mach|ne more than 10cm away from the wa||.
Adjust the |egs on feet for |eve|||ng.
CONNECTING THE WATER SUPPLY HOSE
1. Remove the adaptor from the water
supp|y hose.
4. Oonnect the water supp|y hose to the
adaptor. Pu|| down the part c} of the
water supp|y hose. When the part c}
|s re|eased, the hose |s automat|ca||y
connected to the adaptor mak|ng a
'c||ck` sound.
2. F|rst, us|ng a +" type screw dr|ver, |oosen
the four screws on the adaptor. Next, take
the adaptor and turn partb} fo||ow|ng the
arrow for gap about 5 mm between them.
5. Oonnect the other end of the
water supp|y hose to the |n|et
water va|ve at the back of the
washer. Screw the hose c|ockw|se
a|| the way |n.
3. Oonnect adaptor to the water tap by
t|ghten|ng the screws f|rm|y. Then, turn

HOW TO CONNECT THE DRAIN HOSE
IN CASE OF PUMP-DRAINED WASHER
Take out the cap-hose and
connect the out|et-hose.
Be sure to jo|n t|ght|y the

on the back of the mach|ne.
Be sure to jo|n t|ght|y the dra|n
hose |nto the dra|n-out|et on
the s|de of the mach|ne.

CONNECTING THE DRAIN HOSE
After press|ng the jo|nt r|nga}, |nsert the dra|n hoseb}
to dra|n d|rect|on.
HOW TO PUT THE DETERGENT IN
1. Open the detergent box by pu|||ng |n the d|rect|on of the arrow as shown |n the f|gure
and then put the powder detergent |n the detergent box.
2. Put |n one-t|me amount of detergent even|y so the detergent may not br|m over the box.
HOW TO ADD THE FABRIC SOFTENER
S||de and open the cover |n the d|rect|on of the arrow, |nsert the r|nse detergent, and s||de and c|ose |t |n the reverse d|rect|on.
When a proper amount one t|me does} of fabr|c softener |s stored |n the softener |n|et,
|t |s automat|ca||y put |n at the |ast r|ns|ng cyc|e.
Do not use detergent, b|each or starch |nto the Softener ln|et.

lf the dra|n hose and
sp|n basket are frozen,

Add hot water to the frozen water tap and remove the dra|n hose. Soak |nto hot water.
Pour hot water |nto the sp|n basket for about 10 m|nutes.
Put a hot water towe| on the dra|n hose connector.
