Introduction: This proposal is intended to inform your company on the benefits of a website and all associated applications like marketing, email etc. The current purpose of the website is to inform the acquire, inform and maintain a clientele following as concerns your real estate business spread around major towns of Kenya. The website must include information about the organization and necessary contact information to better connect with your audience with the activities and real estate services. Purpose and Concept: The designers at Victor Ndiema Consulting Group plan to produce a new website using the standard HTML/PHP programming tools with appealing user interfaces and functionalities that represent a good real estate company. The design will project a more upbeat and modern feeling including photo galleries of properties To Let or For Sale in an easy to navigate version while utilizing a more efficient layout to include the essential functions like search, contact form, google map etcs. A good looking homepage with captivating user landing home-page will be the core design to be integrated into the design process. Benefits/Goals: The main goal is to create a marketing/branding system that will increase clientele at the same time cutting down the cost of acquiring new clients and retaining existing clients. Through a new look, the your company will gain more attention and convey a professional image that will enhance your companys brand. While the new design might not immediately produce an increase in cliental, within the year an increase in clientele following will have increased significantly that the ROI in this website will be worthwhile. SITE ACTIVATION Upon agreement the website is open to the public with real content provided by client. WORK AGREEMENT Estimates: The figures stated in the proposal are just estimates. The exact cost of the final project might fluctuate according to the final designs colors, template type, and availability of content. Revisions: The Consultant stipulates time for two meetings at every stage indicated above to conduct corrections and other possible changes in the design. Any additional meetings for revisions requested by you require an additional charge of the hourly rate. NB: All meetings will be done via either any of the following Email: ceo@victorndiema.com, Skype: @victorndiema, or Gtalk@victorndiema Terms of Cancellation: If any unforeseen problems occur throughout the design process or the production is terminated for any reason, you will only be billed for the total number of hours and work completed. Responsibilities: The Consultant will take every responsibility to making sure the project is done precisely, according to customer expectations, and delivered on time. Property Copyright: All designs created by the Consultant remain the property of the original designers. Photographs, illustrations, and other needed supplies are the property of the individual suppliers. Anything that your organization supplies the design firm remains your property. Concept and ideas that are not accepted remain in the possession of the client.
