Documents to Subpoena in Suit at Common Law

Once you have led your suit at common law in federal district court as a people, and requested a jury trial pursuant to the 7th Amendment, you will have an opportunity to submit subpoenas to those police, magistrates, sheriffs, prosecuting attorneys, etc. who have violated your rights. The defendants will have a certain number of days to produce the documents, after which they will be held in contempt of court. Here are some types of documents that you might ask these corporate/municipal employees to produce. What do you think your constitutional mandate is, in general. Produce the following documents: 1.
