Responsible for planning, developing and administering all aspects of the departments Fitness, Wellness and Intramural programs, operations of the Fitness and Wellness Centers, overseeing the departmental marketing plan, and monitoring both operational and student employment budgets. Supervise a staff that includes a full-time Health Educator, Fitness Coordinator and Intramural Manager. Supervision of part-time staff includes 26 group exercise and fitness instructors, 16 Adjunct professors and instructors, 10 Personal Trainers, 8 Massage Therapists, and 30 student employees. Design curriculum and teach wellness graduation requirements academic classes, implement the departments group exercise programs and fitness instructional programs, manage the universities employee wellness programs, outdoor adventure programs and numerous other fitness and wellness offerings.
