2011/2012 Annual Recital Information

We are excited for our 11th annual recital that will be held at Lake Mary High School on Saturday, June 16, 2012. Mandatory dress rehearsal will be Friday, June 15th, times TBD. Please mark your calendars and invite friends and family to be a part of this xtremely special event in your dancers life!
This month we will have fittings for recital costumes; they will be done towards the end of class time. Please be patient as not all costumes in each class will arrive at the same time. If your dancer does not have a costume when their class is being fitted you should feel free to take them early that day. When their costume does arrive they will have their fitting. Recital pictures will be taken April 16-19. Picture viewing/purchases will be April 30th through May 2nd from 4-8pm at the studio. A picture schedule is posted in the studio; please check for your childs picture day and time. Please plan to be present for pictures, even though it may not be your regular scheduled class day or time. The purchase of pictures is optional; however, please participate so the class picture will be complete for those who do plan to purchase pictures. If your dancer is not participating in the recital, they are welcome to have individual pictures taken; they should arrive on their scheduled day and time dressed and ready in whatever attire you would like their picture taken in. Recital Keepsake Book One of the highlights of our show will be the special keepsake program book. These books will be treasured for years to come by our audiences and students who are able to see the photographs and memories of our students in these special keepsakes. This is also a great opportunity to advertise your business and reach hundreds of people in the community. Recital Keepsake & Ad Forms are due no later than Saturday, May 5th.

Studio will be closed: Spring Break- Sunday, March 18th - Saturday, March 24th. Classes will resume on Monday, March 26th. Lost and Found Did you know that Xtreme has a Lost and Found? If you are missing items please check with the front desk. They will check the Lost and Found for you. For sanitary purposes any items containing food will be promptly disposed of. Anything left will be donated at the end of each month

Class Attendance Class attendance is especially important this time of year as students are learning their showcase dances. Please make every effort to have your dancer attend class and arrive on time.

Attention Parents For safety reasons it is xtremely important to keep children out of unoccupied rooms. There may be unsecured/unstable props being stored there. Thank you for your cooperation

Tuition is due and payable on or before the 1st day of each month Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will be assessed If tuition is received at the studio on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will receive a $5.00 merchandise credit. (ex. To receive the $5.00 credit for September payment must be received no later than August 31st.) If you are on auto bill, you will receive a $5 cash discount off tuition, which will be charged on the last day of the ensuing month. These discounts are only offered on full price tuition and not given if payment can not be processed. We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due. If you wish to begin paying through our auto bill option, forms must be received by the 15th of month in order to be processed for the upcoming month. You may pay your tuition by cash, check or Debit/Credit Card, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. When paying by check please include your childs full name (first and last). If for any reason you cannot make it to the studio, please call in your payment or mail it to Xtreme Dance Studio at: 4932 W SR46, Suite 1048, Sanford, FL 32771 **Please do not leave payments on the desk. Xtreme will not be responsible for lost payments.
