ABSTRACT
This was needed to keep the records of services and the different vehicles in the showroom. It is very difficult to maintain records, and update records manually sometimes it may be difficult to handle many records of various vehicles and employees, drivers etc at the same time, traditional file system is very difficult to maintain, data can be lost, data cant be update easily, it requires much more paper work and expensive also. To overcome these problems the RDBMS (Relational data Base Management System) can be used and we develop the project according to the requirements of the company. For this the project or software is developed to maintain, retrieve, and update the records of the company. It also fulfills the data needs of owners and other dignitaries of the showroom it should be easy to find records of any vehicle, drivers salary detail, money detail etc. The project is used by different managers and owner to verification so it should be user friendly, it can be easy to use and cost effective. Our objective is to minimize the total cost of keeping the records and burden of the owners and management. Our objective is to provide with the best of our performance. The project should accomplish all the requirements of the company. The project can cover all the aspects of the company and provide with the accurate data to the user. Our project should reduce the overhead of the employees, workers and also for management. It should have high response time and high quality. This will make the use of the computer in the company, which result in the accuracy of the data. Data can be kept secure from unauthorized access and other threats of data. User can easily update, retrieve, save and delete the records. User can easily find the desired records, which help the user to retrieve immediate records. The project must keep the records as it should provide reliable data to the user. This help to reduce the work of the management department. All this can be done by mutual work of the project members and the company guide for providing with the best of the data required by the team members. This would help the management to see the overview details that which vehicle has earned how much of the money and from where with whom driver and how much of the payment has been received. It can also help them in the preparing account statements and taking suitable actions according to the circumstances. This will reduce the overall work of the manager. This is used by various employees and also by the owners of the company.
