Department of Economic Cybernetics of Kherson National Technical University is honored to announce an international scientific and practical conference of young

scientists and students

Youth in the world of modern information technologies

which will take place in april, 2012 Conference topic areas: 1. Ecologic-and-economic and social projects of region development. 2. Information systems in economics, ecology, and education. 3. Management of innovative projects of development. Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. students, professors, scientists and all interested parties are invited to participate by submitting an article on a topic in one of the conference topic areas. Working languages of the conference are English, Russian and Ukrainian. Conference materials will be published in the university journal. Requirements for article composition: 1. Number of article authors is not more than 3. 2. Language is English, Russian or Ukrainian. 3. Volume is 4 to 6 pages. 4. Text of the article is to be submitted in .doc or .rtf format. Title of the article must include topic area number and authors (main authors) family name. (for instance, 3_Ivanov.doc). 5. Text is to be typed in Microsoft Word (2007, 2010, XP, 2003) for Windows. Font type for the whole text is Times New Roman, 12. 6. The article is to be composed in the following way: - Authors family name and initials are placed by the right page border, in bold font; - Article title comes after article authors, after 1 line, in capital letters, in bold font, at the center of the page; - Country name, organization name, department name comes after article name on the next line, in bold font at the center of the page;

- Text of the article starts after 1 line. 7. Text of the article is formatted by justifying, line

spacing is 1. All margins are 2 cm. Layout: headers and footers are 1.25 cm. Page numbers dont show up. 8. Formulas in the text are to be created by means of MS Equation. The font size of formulas must correspond to the font size of the general text. 9. Drawings, tables and labels are placed directly in the text. Drawings must be black-and-white. 10. Portrait orientation of pages. 11. Article material must include the following necessary elements by structure: statement of the problem in general and its relation to important scientific and practical tasks; analysis of lately published research papers about the issue for consideration; highlighting unsolved parts of the general problem for the solution of which the following article is intended; statement of research aims (definition of tasks); presentation of the basic research material with complete argumentation of attained results; conclusions and recommendations.
