rechecking of their answer scripts after publication of the
Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions will be found in

The following is the Short List containing the

Register Numbers of candidates who are found
provisionally eligible to be called for interview for
selection to the post of Work Superintendent (SC Unit) on
Rs. 5510-8590 in the Agriculture Department in Palakkad
District (Category No. 260/2007) on the basis of the
Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 2-1-2009.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence
and the arrangement does not, in any way, indicate their
respective rank on the basis of the said test. Alphabet P
shall be prefixed to the Register Numbers to denote
Palakkad District.

test except candidates other than SC/ST who got marks
below zero are included in this Short List.
The date, time and venue fixed for interview will be
initimated in due course.

OMR

Note:(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is

purely provisional subject to the absolute
scrutiny of applications. Inclusion in the Short
List does not confer any right on the
candidate to be called for interview and
subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details
furnished by the candidate in the application
and subsequent claims made will not be
entertained at any stage.
(3) The candidates included in the Short List are
directed to sent self attested copies of
documents to prove their claim made in the
application. i.e. Date of Birth, Community and
other benefits if any, they are entitled to the
District Officer, KPSC District Office, Palakkad
within 15 days from the date of Publication of
this notification. The Register Number of those
candidates who do not produce the required
documents within the prescribed time limit and
whose applications found otherwise defective
will be deleted from the Short List without
further notice.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes
included in the Short List who are required to produce
Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 117/
2008/SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008 shall produce the same at
the time of interview. Such candidates who fail to
produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not
be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and
will be considered as Open Competition candidates.
According to the existing procedure revaluation of
answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be
rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List.
