The energy consumption of a compressed air system is a signicant factor most particularly because large-scale installations offer a very big savings potential. We do our utmost to fully exploit this potential by use of detailed specication analysis, customised machine design to assure the right compressor and air treatment components, intelligent control systems, heat recovery solutions, and a sophisticated pipeline concept is used. Such analysis can create energy and maintenance savings of up to 30 percent.

The BOGE Status tool can monitor your compressed air system and integrates four functions in one: data retrieval, transmission of fault messages, data storage, and web visualisation. Ideal for compressors that are remotely located or difcult to access. Decentralised treatment components or condensate drains, can also be easily and reliably monitored to prevent failures or breakdowns and to ensure efcient and dependable compressed air supply.
