(to be made public record) I am Jane of the Family Doe, a Christian woman born on the land outside of the jurisdiction of the fictional entity known as the United States, living peacefully now on the free land known as North America and all fifty united states, subject only to God and to my fellow people/freemen. I was born Jane Mary Doe, naturally to loving parents, Charles Mitchell Doe and Julie Rodriguez Doe and became a sovran woman upon God's Earth with my first breath on Saturday, February 12, 1964 at 10:10 PM. The picture, below, shows me with my three children and my husband.

I, Jane of the Family Doe, am not in nor am I of the corporation dba The United States, its franchises, and similar as well as similar-sounding legal names & corporations. I, Jane of the Family Doe, do hereby declare and affirm that, while I HAVE a US Person/Franchise, JANE M. DOE and a Social Security Number, I do not agree to BE a US Person/Franchise or a United States Constitutional 14th Amendment citizen, or any other legal fiction or entity. I, Jane of the Family Doe do hereby declare that I am one of the people/freemen who ordained this united states of America and affirm my duty to protect the unalienable Rights of my fellow people/freemen. As a sovran people/freeman, I affirm and lay lawful claim over my mental, spiritual, and physical bodies, including my fingerprints, my retinal scans, my DNA, my cells, my blood, and other biological materials. I lay lawful claim on the names 1) JANE M. DOE and 2) Jane of the Family Doe, free and clear of all financial liability. Let it be clear that any man or woman who uses my biological products and/or my names and associated accounts without my written consent and/or permission, agrees to be held liable for fraud and other crimes as may be decided by a jury of people/freeman.

As a peaceful woman desiring to avoid conflict and live lawfully, not legally, with all my freedom, I am hereby providing you with this Affirmation to the sovran people on this land known as North America, as a courtesy and as a gesture of peace. When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. The Declaration of Independence, 1776 As a sovran people/freeman, I affirm that I am the Sovran over myself and am also the Sovran Co-Parent with my husband, George Jimenez of my two daughters known as Gina Doe and Marcella Doe, who I wish to inherit all of my personal property upon my death. As a sovran people/freeman, I further affirm my Right to be ready and armed to the best of my ability with knowledge and supplies required to protect myself, my family and my fellows. As a sovran people/freeman, I further affirm my Right to empanel a common law jury of my peers, composed of sovran people/freeman, sworn to uphold the Rights of the people/ freeman who inhabit this land known as North America. As a sovran people/freeman, I further affirm my Right to allow a judge and/or magistrate to exercise jurisdiction ONLY over a legal-person/US-citizen/corporate agent/employee. I DO NOT affirm any right at all for a judge and/or magistrate to rule in any matter involving myself or other people/freeman. I affirm the Right to allow only a petite jury of twelve (12) people/freeman, composing a common law tribunal, to rule and pass any judgment. I further affirm the Right to allow only a grand jury of twenty-five (25) people/freeman to hear and evaluate disputed evidence in my case. As a sovran people/freeman, I further affirm that my life is worth at least my body's weight in Gold and that anyone involved in damaging me and/or theft of my life is robbing me and my family of this wealth and is therefore obligated to repay such wealth to my family or my heirs or my descendants upon demand. If such gold payment cannot be made, then the guilty man or woman agrees to submit to the wishes of my children and/or close family and friends on an alternative remedy. As a sovran people/freeman, I further affirm my Right to make lawful use of roads and airspace peacefully. Any man or woman who detains me or detains any member of my family or attempts to establish sovranty and jurisdiction over any of us, without my or our expressed written consent, is in violation of my or our Rights or the Rights of the people/ freemen. As a sovran people/freeman, I further affirm my Right to make lawful use of corporations operating in this free state that serve the interests of the people/freemen, and can only lawfully provide a product or service for the true cost of the product or service, and such cost cannot include a profit, tax, fee, or extortion of any kind without my written consent. Any legal-person, corporate-agent, man or woman, regardless of their capacity or facade, who violates, attempts to violate, any of my Rights, or detains or imprisons me, or puts me in jail or attempts to establish jurisdiction, or exceeds their jurisdiction, or violates any of my Rights or violates my Family's Rights, or violates any part contained in this Affirmation to the sovran people on this land known as North America, or violates the Rights of the people/ freemen, is hereby contracted personally to me, my Family, my heirs and my descendants according to the attached Notice and Fee Schedule, which I reserve the Right to update as I wish at any time.

Affected parties wishing to dispute the truth made herein or make their own sovran claims upon me or my family must respond within Twenty-One (21) days of service of notice of this action and request a court of record to empanel a common law jury of twelve ( 12 ) sovrans to hear their claim against me. All Responses must be signed and witnessed no later than Twenty-One (21) days from the date of original service as attested to by way of certificate of service. Failure to notify me and register a dispute against this Affirmation to the sovran people on this land known as North America, made herein will always result in an automatic default judgment and permanent and irrevocable estoppel by acquiescence, barring the bringing of claims and/or charges under any statute, regulation, ordinance or act against Myself or against my Family. I, Jane of the Family Doe, do hereby declare to uphold and stand by the common law, the people's unalienable rights, the IN CONGRESS, JULY 4, 1776 The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, the Republic known as the united States of America, the people's first constitution, the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union Between the States, and the People's Constitution ordained for the governing of the United States.
We the People of the United States,in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

As a courtesy to the reader, here are the facts about the fraud on the people -The United States corporation, est. Circa 1871, is not what I was taught in public schools or any licensed schools. The United States and its subsidiaries are operating as a corporation, listed on Dunn and Bradstreet (D&B). All United States Statutory Law operates upon fictional entities aka US persons, and is carried out under Color of Law. The corporation's only purpose is to extort Rights from the free sovran people fraudulently through fictional entities known as persons,citizens, residents, etc. which are mere franchises of the corporation. The United States governing corporations do not operate pursuant to the common law according to the peoples consent as designed by the founders; instead, they operate outside of any common law, without the peoples consent, through coercion, intimidation, and misinformation. The United States corporation, its franchises, and all those working for it, remain at liberty to impose their domestic terrorism upon the free people on this land because the so-called servants of the people, including the media, president, congress, representatives, senators, magistrates, attorneys, sheriffs, judges, clerks, and others, refuse to tell the truth. The fact that all of these people will not tell the truth does not impose a similar duty upon me, a free and honest woman, to dishonor myself, my friends, and my family by joining them in lies. When enough people educate themselves on the truth of these matters, those perpetuating the fraudulent government corporations will be tried by the people/freemen for fraud and treason. In the Constitution for the United States we find the Amendment 14, Citizenship Rights. Ratified 7/9/1868. Also in the Constitution for the United States we find the Amendment 9, Unenumerated Rights, Ratified December 15, 1791. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. It is obvious that if no rights/Rights were denied or disparaged from the people in the Ninth Amendment, then it should be obvious that no Code, Statute or Ordinance can deny or disparage any rights retained by the people, unless a man or woman gives consent. For the record I do not give such consent. I am but one people/freeman, an enlightened drop in a sea of deception, one people/freeman with no power of force, no power of numbers, armed only with the power of truth. All those men and women who willingly take unlawful actions against this people/freeman will someday have their families struck by the same unlawful sword they may use against me.
