Introductory Note As of May 2006, most Interactive Forms used in interactive scenarios delivered by SAP are based on the Internet Service Request (ISR) framework of SAP ERP, which is extensively used in SAP Manager Self-Services and HCM Processes and Forms (available with SAP ERP 6.0). This presentation indicates explicitly which interactive forms scenarios are not based on ISR.
