Abstract These instructions provide guidelines for preparing papers for the CYBER SECURITY CONFERENCE 2012. Use this document as a template with Microsoft Word 7.0 or later. The abstract body copy should be in Times New Roman, 10 pt. Italic and not in bold type. The Documents should be converted to PDF and sent to the appropriate e-mail.

A. Sub Sections
The sub section headings should be in Times New Roman size 12. These should be in Bold and Italics. The sub section heading should be right justified and numbered A,B,C.. The text of sub sections start with a tab. Sub-SubSections The subsections of sub sections should start with the name written in times new roman italics, left justified and bold in font size 11. The text of subsection of subsections do not start with tab.

Index Terms About four key words or phrases in order of importance, separated by commas.

1. SECTION NAME
This document is a template for Microsoft Word versions 7.0 or later. If you are reading a paper or PDF version of this document, please download the electronic template from www.ggnimtldh.org/cybersecurity2012.html to prepare your paper. Please ensure that this format is followed strictly, while preparing the paper to be presented. Failure to do so may lead to rejection of the paper. The paper title should be in Times New Roman size 24. This should be centralized for the width of the page. Do not change the page width or the column width. Do not change the margins. The papers are to be presented only in the two column format. The section headings should be in Times New Roman size 13 and in Bold face. These should be in uppercase and centralized for the column. Do not change the font sizes or line spacing to squeeze more text into a limited number of pages. To emphasize a point stated in the paper use italics. Do not use Bold or Underline for this purpose.

B. Use of English
Please note paper should only be in English language. Papers in any other language will not be considered for the conference. Please confirm to style and formal grammar rules of the English language.

Figures and Tables

It is preferable to keep figures and tables (illustrations) to one column width, in line with text. Make sure that every figure has a caption which gives a brief description of the picture. The caption of a figure should be in Times New Roman size 10. The caption should be in bold face and below the figure as in the Figure 1. Place table titles above the tables, as shown in TABLE I. The table title should be placed above the table. The table title should mention TABLE followed by the table number, in the next line give the table heading. This should be in Times New Roman size 10 and in Bold face.

authors last name and then the first authors first name, e.g. The Comparative Study Singh Satinder.pdf. The papers must be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address. B. Review Process
All the papers submitted for the conference will be subject to a thorough review process by a review board. The papers which do not follow the instructions as given in this template will be table rejected. Authors of papers selected by the review committee will be informed by email only. Once selected, no alteration in the paper will be allowed. Whatever is submitted by the authors will be published in the proceedings.

D. References
The reference section heading does not begin with a number. In this section number the citations/references consecutively in square brackets [1]. The sentence punctuation follows the brackets [2]. Multiple references [2], [3] are each numbered with separate brackets [1]-[4]. When citing a section in a book, please give the relevant page numbers [2]. The references should be in Times New Roman font with size 9.

C. Originality of the papers


Any liability arising out of the use of copyright material lies solely with the authors of the paper. Authors need to make sure that the papers submitted to the review board are original work of the authors. Papers submitted or published elsewhere will not be considered for the conference.

2. PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE


This section covers the details regarding the submission procedure, review process and copyright information.

D. Paper Length
The papers submitted should not exceed eight pages in the given format. The papers with more than eight pages in length will be charged extra at the rate of Rs. 100 per page.

Papers presented only in the .PDF format will be accepted. The paper can be written in word 7.0 or later and then converted into .PDF format. The title of the electronic file should contain the first three words of the title of the paper followed by a hyphen (-) and then the first
