Kursus merangkumi kaedah mengenalpasti jenis-jenis kecacatan yang berlaku pada elemen bangunan serta sebab-sebab berlakunya kecacatan dan kaedah membaikpulih yang berkesan. Kursus ini memerlukan staf menjalani sesi praktikal meninjau bangunan untuk mengenal pasti kecacatan serta jenis-jenisnya dan seterusnya menyediakan spesikasi kerja-kerja baikpulih. Objektif Kursus Menyediakan kontraktor pengetahuan mengenai jenis-jenis kecacatan biasa yang berlaku kepada struktur dan elemen bangunan serta sebab-sebab ianya terjadi. Melatih kontraktor kebolehan dalam prinsip-prinsip asas kaedah baikpulih yang berkesan berdasarkan kecacatan yang berlaku.
