Request Summary Information about the exact number of planned terrorist attacks, both in this country and from abroad, which have been directly prevented by the Afghanistan occupation, from 2001 and Iraq occupation, from 2003. The business expenses of senior officials following the model set by the Cabinet Secretary. Please also disclose the reasons such disclosure has not already been made following the Cabinet Secretary's commitment. Details of correspondence received or sent by the Secretary of State, his department's ministers and / or officials working on his behalf in the last 15 months regarding the withdrawal of the UK Air Rescue consortium from the competition to provide Search and Rescue services in the UK. Details of the number of people in the armed services who have been referred for drug rehabilitation treatment for each of the last five years for which figures are available. What percentage of the current serving Army in Afghanistan is made up from Territorial Army soldiers. Information about compensation requests received from the relatives of deceased interpreters working for the British military in Afghanistan from 2001 to 2009 (present day). Also details of payments made to injured interpreters working with British forces in Afghanistan 2001-09 (present day). What were the planes I saw on the 9th November 2009 doing. Currently at Bath Spa university and completing a project to look at a large organisation and how they can recycle more and limit the waste produced, also reducing bills for energy consumption. Provide information or a contact point. How much paper is recycled or sent to landfills by the MoD specifically the Bath based sites and where this waste is sent. How much the MoD spends on bills quarterly for gas, electricity and water. Has the MoD taken steps under Section 23(1) of the Public Contracts Regulation 2006 to exclude Kelllogg Brown and Root from future contracts? If not please provide the reasons. Has the MoD awarded any procurement contracts to KBR since the company's conviction for bribery in February 2009? If a contract has been awarded since 11 February 2009 on what grounds did the MoD derogate from the Section 23(1) of the Public contracts Regulation 2006? Prior to approving any such contract did MoD officials seek a declaration from KBR confirming that the company had not been convicted of any of the offences referred to in Regulation 23(1)? You stated all members of the armed services are subject to the Armed Forces Act of 2006. Does the Ministry of Defence (MoD) hold documentation exempting members of the Royal Family serving in the military from any part of the Armed Services Act? If so please provide copies. Does the MoD hold documentation exempting members of the Royal Family serving in the military from court-martial? If so please provide copies.
