IMPORTANT CIRCULAR/NOTICE
It is hereby informed that the RESEARCH REVIEW MEETING (RRM) will be Scheduled from
29-06-2011 to 02-07-2011.
All the research scholars admitted during 2010-11, 2009-10 and others who were admitted prior
to 2009 with erstwhile JNT University and opted to this University, are hereby informed to attend the
RRM without fail and come prepared for presentation of their work. They have to inform their
Supervisor/Co- supervisor also to attend the meeting without fail as it is mandatory. Also get the hard
copies of your publications, if any, which are to be submitted along the with the progress review form.
The detailed schedule is enclosed herewith.
On 29.06.2011 the Honble Vice-Chancellor will address all the Research Scholars at 10.00 am in the
Auditorium of JNTUA College of Engineering, Anantapur and the Research Scholars have to attend without
fail. Afterwards they will move to the respective departments.

Note:
1.

All the research Scholars must bring the hard copy of the Research Scholars Progress Report/ Review
Form duly signed by the Supervisors (as per the format available with schedule notified on 27.05.2011
on the University website: jntuaanatapur.org).

2.

All Research Scholars are requested to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging during the
above period. Scholars are advised to stay one more day, if required.

3.

The supervisor/cosupervisor also should attend the meeting along with the candidate and the candidates
have to bring this to the notice of their supervisor, as it is mandatory.

4.

If the research scholar does not attend two consecutive meetings or if the reports are not
satisfactory in two consequent meetings, the admission is liable to be cancelled.
