MEMORANDUM FOR ALL CADETS FROM: C/CC SUBJECT: Orders-of-the-Day Policy 1. The Orders-of-the-Day, or simply called the orders, serves as the squadrons meeting schedule, coordination of classes and instructors, and directives for the function of the meeting. 2. The orders will consist of the date of the meeting, the Uniform-of-the-Day (UOD), meeting schedule, all classes, including the class primary instructor (PI), alternate instructor (AI), location (Loc), references (Ref), and details for more information if needed. A detail flight will be designated to set up and break down the tables, chairs, etc., and clean up the area after the meeting. A list of upcoming activities and their basic information will be at the end of the orders. See attachment for an example. 3. The Cadet Operations Officer (C/DO) will coordinate the basic information one month ahead of time including classes, AI, PI, Loc, Ref. This will be done NLT the first meeting of the month, to serve as a reference for the upcoming weeks. 4. Each Sunday evening, the C/DO will send the orders to the Senior Member Operations Officer (DO) for correction and will send a courtesy copy to the C/XO. On Monday, the C/XO will receive corrected orders from the DO and the C/XO will make any additional corrections. The C/XO will also put names of those in need of a specific meeting activity into the orders. For instance, if the orders have testing scheduled, the C/XO will put the names of cadets, received through call down procedure, into the testing list. This process will be the same with review boards, testing, etc. 5. After the weekly Tuesday night squadron conference call, the C/XO will make any final corrections discussed on the conference, and then will send it over the B-CC Email list. C/DO will use that published set of orders for the next weeks orders template.
