He should well acquainted with Civil & Structural works for piling, pile / open foundation steel and RCC structure, fabrication and erection of Steel Structure. He should have work experience in areas like Fertilizer / Chemicals / Oil & Gas / Power / Refinery/ Petrochemical etc. Mechanical(Piping):- The candidate should have working experience as a Lead Piping Engineer in execution of

EPC Engineering experience in large size projects shall be added advantage. Mechanical(PV):- The candidate should have working experience as a Lead Piping Engineer in execution of
major industrial projects in the field of Fertilizer / Chemicals / Oil & Gas / Power / Refinery/ Petrochemical etc. a) Preparation and review of Manual / Computerized Mechanical Design of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Storage Tanks, Bullets etc. Working experience with software like PV-Elite / TEMA/ BJAC/ Micro-Protol/ Compress etc. Further, candidate should be capable of handling the job independently and provide guidance to the team members. Additional knowledge of Finite Element Analysis is desirable. Knowledge of various codes and standards, particularly ASME Section VIII Div-1 & 2, HEI, TEMA, API 620 & 650 etc. is essential. Review / approval of Mechanical data sheet Equipment Specifications, Enquiry Specifications of Items / Equipment, Evaluation of Technical Bids, Preparation of Purchase Order & Cost Estimation. Checking of Vendors Mechanical Design Calculations & Fabrication Drawings. Exposure on Plant trouble shooting is preferred.

Equipment Data Sheet, Material Requisition, Evaluation of Technical Bids, Preparation of Purchase Orders, Review & Checking of Vendors Drawings/Documents, Cost Estimation Exposure on Plant trouble shooting is preferred. Plant Health Study and Energy Audit, having knowledge of HVAC package and Vendor Registration. Further, candidate should be capable of handling the job independently and provide guidance to the team members. Candidate should have good working knowledge of following:

Generation of Plot Plan, Material Handling Scheme, Bagging Plant System, Bulk Flow Cooler System, Cement Plant System and Coal, Ash & Ore Handling System including Dust Extraction System. Equipment / Conveyor / Bagging Plant / Bulk Flow Cooler / Cement Plant, Coal / Ash / Ore Handling Plant Layouts drawings. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques and in-situ metallography. He should have proven knowledge of NDE of critical equipment / pipelines to the extent of health / life expectancy / residual life assessment and should have exposure to statutory inspection requirement of Spheres, Bullets, Tanks, etc.

Computer:- The candidate should have thorough knowledge either in hardware & systems support or software development in the following areas:Hardware & Systems support : Having exposure to maintaining and supporting windows based desktop systems and peripherals, networks (LAN), Server administration (Win 2K3/Win 2 K8 server, Exchange Server, Exchange Server 2007, SMS 2007, ISA 2006, NAS/SAN server), deployment of software, patches updates, Trouble shooting.
