INTRODUCTION The report is basically emphasized on highlighting the positive and the negative aspects of my behavior. It also depicts my learning outcomes both as an individual and a group member and provides a short discussion on whether I have met my learning objectives or not. Further on, it even discloses an unpredicted learning outcome that I gained and finally shows a plan of how I will apply the learning experience of working in a group in the mere future. THE KEY ASPECTS OF MY BEHAVIOUR THAT I AM PLEASED WITH AND WHY? Some of the key aspects of my behavior that I am pleased with includes my will power, sincerity and punctuality. These keys helped me in getting good outcomes with regards to the module as once I set my mind in doing a particular thing, I sincerely dedicate myself towards achieving that. These particular qualities helped me in doing researches and compiling the given work on time. Though I dont have an excellent communication skill, I am still pleased with what I have because it proved to be effective and efficient when I had to communicate with my group members. I am even pleased with my reading and writing skills as it was helpful for me in grasping the sole of the questions, collecting materials and writing the assessments. These key aspects eventually saved a lot of time; hence, I could allocate it for some other tasks. THE KEY ASPECTS OF MY BEHAVIOUR THAT I DID LEAST WELL IN AND WHAT MAKES ME THINK THAT? The only key aspect of my behavior that I did least well in is my decision making ability. When it comes to making decisions, I really tend to get stuck up. Even during the course of the module while working with the group members, I realized that I lacked decision making abilities, as most of the decisions were made by my colleagues. The reoccurrence of these incidents highlighted the decision making ability as my weakness.

LEARNINGS BOTH AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND AS A MEMBER OF A GROUP During the entire course of the module there has been enormous learning both as an individual and as a member of a group. As an individual I have learned that there is a vast difference of work burden that fall upon you than when you are working in a group. I have learned how to tackle situations without laying hands onto the others. I have even learned better ways of managing time and planning the work in obtaining a competent result. Moreover I have also learned how to overcome the pressures that fall upon. Now as a member of a group, I have learned and understood the true meanings of some words such as co-operation and co-ordination. When you are in a group it is ones utmost responsibility to co-operate and co-ordinate with the other members. Even your patience does count as when you are working in a group, each individual will lay down their own view, hence making it more difficult to finalize decisions. I did in-fact learned to trust the other members while in a group for better results. I have also learned how to tackle conflicts that usually arises due to a least/ non-participation of other members in the group. HAVE I MET MY LEARNING OBJECTIVES AND WHY DO I THINK SO I do realize that I have met all the learning objectives that had been set earlier. Now I feel that I am even ready for the implication of these learning in a real life situation or an industry. These positive outcomes would not have been possible without: The exposure of the students to the library facilities and the computer facilities provided by the college and even the easy access to these facilities. The full support of our tutors in clearing every bit of doubts. Those support from my colleagues in-terms of sharing knowledge, which was indeed very helpful in accomplishing my objectives. The interest and commitment that I showed in learning the module lessons. 5

ANY ADDITIONAL LEARNING OTHER THAN THE PREDICTED OBJECTIVES AND WHY? Other than the predicted objectives, there are even more learning outcomes that I havent thought of but at last gained. These includes learning such as building trust among the colleagues, conflict and obstacle resolving techniques, building confidence, improving communication and decision making abilities. All these came in complementary to the predicted objectives as the module provided us with the opportunity of working in groups, giving presentations, etc. Moreover, I got to learn mast of the things from the coaching plans and the practical coaching sessions, which I had never thought of. As stated earlier these additional learning were possible only because the module facilitates it and so we grasped the opportunity. MY APPLICATION OF THE GROUP WORK EXPERIENCE IN FUTURE Not only the group work but also the other learnings from this module would be of a great use in the mere future. Whatever the module taught us, like supervising a particular task, providing training to a group or an individual, motivating your colleagues, effective ways of managing changes, planning and organizing, team work management, decision makings, co-operating and coordinating are widely applicable to what I will be doing in the future. At that point of time when I actually put this learnings into work, I am sure that things would flow smoothly and would be much more effective. The experience that I gained by working in a team was amazing though there were some hurdles on the way. Particularly the practical coaching session helped me a lot in perceiving team performance knowledge. I would certainly be applying this while working in the industry, as at some point of time my knowledge would come into play. I am even more confident to work in a team of people from different places and under different circumstances. At times of being subordinates, I will contribute my best and at times of becoming a leader, I will impart my knowledge at the best possible.

CONCLUSION Coming to an end, the learning outcome of this module has been immense and so would have enormous effect on my work when I join the industry. By carrying out a personal SWOT analysis, one could determine the weakness and hence, can be worked upon. Also framing a set of learning objectives and plans helps us to work consequently, therefore, further helping in judging our learning outcomes. Finally I would say that the learning outcomes of this module would be strongly implemented in the future courses of action.
