GNResound Products are developed using only the latest hearing technology and are designed to fit just about any lifestyle and hearing loss. A state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces thousands of new custom in-the-ear (ITE) products each month, in addition to servicing both ITE and behind-the-ear (BTE) products. For these different types of hearing instruments, we have developed an operating system which helps us to interact with these instruments. This fitting software has an N-tier architecture, which follows database driven methodology. The software has a user friendly interface which has well defined process developed using ADF tools in JDeveloper 10/11g and has provided with lot of features for the products supported. We have implemented the latest ADF technology such as ADF faces, Task flows, Page flows, View objects, Entity objects etc.It has capability of communicating with hearing instruments which is handled by sleipner and device layer module. The Main users for this web interface were dispensers and audiologists only. The screens were designed as a combination of out of box facilities and custom changes.

Responsibilities: Creating new screens by using ADF. Implemented the following Business Object, Helper classes and Utility classes Connecting the Oracle DB using Entity Objects and used View Objects also. Implemented Java Beans for the feature implementation for the products. Written Test plans and executed the unit tests and integration testing also. Following the SDL cycle for every feature implementation.

Crew Tracking System

The Crew Tracking System comes into the picture once the pairing generation (trip) and the roster creation is over. So once pairings have been created and the rosters assigned to the crewmembers, the data is loaded into CTS. From thereon, CTS manages the tracking of

these rosters past the days of Operations. This project basically working on three tier architecture. I was working on GUI module, in which providing some features needed for display not only the crew status, but also the corresponding rosters and the trips. Responsibilities: Design system using UML Rational Rose and OOAD techniques. Development of real-time system using Struts concepts. Developed and executed User Acceptance Testing portion of test plan. Implemented the functionalities in Java classes and the SQL is used for backend. Ledger Utility System

General Ledger Utility System (GUS) is Retail Accounting application of Morgan Stanley Bank. The GUS system is a three-tier client server system. The first tier is a web-based client. The second tier is the web/application server. The third tier is the database server layer consisting of System of Records accessed using current MU (Message Unit) technology. The existing win socket (and TCP Client) based MU interface, has been reused by creating Java Request /Response wrappers around it. The system aims to web enable the online component of GUS, which handles the reconciliation and balancing process of the branch lines. Responsibilities: Creating a Proof of concept for the GUS project and presented to Morgan Stanley Bank Involved in Code review process to make sure we adhere to company Standards Implemented the functionalities using Java classes.
