29. RJGHT oF ENTRY BY LfssoR. Lessorshallhavetherightto mter uponthepremiscsat all reasonable

asmaybe designated from time to time by Lessor.Personaldeliveryorpostingto Lessee'sdoorofany suchnotice
by Lessorshallalsobe deemedeifectived€liveryhereund€r.Lesseeacknowledg€s thatLessorhasbeenauthorized
to managelhe premisesandto actfor andon behalfof the owler for thepurposeof sefficeofproc€ssandfor the
purposeofrec€ivlngandreceiptingnoticesanddemands.Notwithstanding the above,Lessee'smove-ouf/early
terminationof theLeasenoticeis not deemedreceiveduntil saidnoticeis in thephysicalpossession ofLessor.
39. SOLE AGREEMENT. No oral agreements havebeenentercdinto with lespectto this Lease.TheLease
shallnot be modlfiedunlessby an instrumentin wriling sigredby Lesseeandan authorized agentofLessor.
40, JOINT AND SIIVERAL LIABILITY. In the eventthis leasejs ent€redinto by morethanoneLessee, each
Lesseeisjoinily andsevemllyliablefor eachprcvisionofthis Lease.EachLesseestatesthathe or sheis oflegal
age1()enterinlo a bindingleasefor thepurposeoflodging.
