In Rwanda in 1994, the Rwandan Genocide started The mass murder was estimated to be 800,000 in East African region of Rwanda About 20 % percent of the worlds population was terminated The conflict was between the Tutsis and the Hutus The Rwandan Patriotic Front invaded Rwanda The RPF was a group of rebels against the Hutu government Therefore, the Rwandan Civil War started The Hutus had the support of Francophone Africa and France The Tutsis had the support of Uganda The Hutus thought that the Tutsis wanted to enslave all the Huts In the North, the Tutsis were displacing the Hutus and the Hutus were killing Tutsis in the South Due to the Assassination of Habyarimana, the Hutus killed a lot of Tutsis The genocide was created by the people in power of the Hutus A great number of Hutu civilians were part of the genocide as well The Tutsis won, but then seized in control of the country of Rwanda

El Salvador had a Civil War It started in 1980 and ended in 1992 It was a conflict between the military-led of El Salvador and the FMLN There was already violence before the Civil War started The Civil War of El Salvador was the second longest war with Guatemala being the first The United Sates supported the Salvadorian government 75,000 people were killed in this battle In 1981, government forces killed over 16,000 unarmed civilians In 1982 and 1983 in both years 8,000 civilians were killed by the government forces The FMLN group wanted to destroy anything that would put El Salvadors economy Guerilla efforts upgraded their weapon. They used small pistols, grenade launchers and others Government officials were killed or captured The U.S. helped El Salvador with military and financial aid The U.S. stopped sending help to El Salvador in 1990

The Bosnian War happened in April 1992 to December 1995 The war took place in Bosnia and Herzegovina The war involved the forces of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnian Serb, Bosnian Croat, and others The war started because of the breakup of Yugoslavia In 1991, the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia passed a referendum for independence The Bosnian Serb rejected this referendum for independence Yugoslav Peoples Army attacked the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina The war was fought mainly for territories The Croats wanted to secure parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina as Croatian The Croats forces turned on the army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina In the war there was fighting, discrimination, rape, and genocides This ended up being known as the Srebrenica massacre The Serbs were the most dominant force, but lost momentum due to the alliance of the Croats and the Bosniaks with the creation of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1994 In 1995 the NATO interfered against the Republika Srpska which was the cause to the end of the war

The war ended in December 14, 1995 with a signing of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Paris 100,000- 110,000 died in the Bosnian War
