Definitions Active Promoter: Inactive Promoter: A Promoter who has qualified for commissions in at least one of the last two qualification cycles. A Promoter who has not qualified for commissions in at least one of the previous two qualification cycles. A purchaser of MMNW products and services who is not a Promoter. A Promoters single position in the binary structure. The dollar amount generated by a Distributors sales to (non-Distributor) Customers.
CV (Commission Volume): The points assigned to all commissionable products that are applied to the compensation plan. For example, a product package with a wholesale price (WV) of $59.95 may be assigned a commission value of 50 CV. PV (Personal Volume): The total sales volume produced by the Promoter from his/her personal subscription and from the subscriptions of their personally enrolled Members. The total of all $150 activation fees paid by all those a Promoter personally sponsors during the Qualifying Cycle. NV is used only for some bonus pools and contests. The total CV generated per week in each of your two binary legs (Left or Right leg), or the total CV of your entire unilevel enrollment tree. All bonuses and commissions (other than bonus pools) are paid weekly. A week begins at 9:00 am (or time of business opening) Monday morning and ends at 8:59 am the following Monday. Qualification is achieved by a Distributor either having an active MMNW subscription, or by having enrolled at least one Customer who has an active subscription. Promoters must meet their PV requirement based on a rolling four week qualifying cycle (not monthly there are actually 13 four-week cycles during a year). Therefore, a Promoter will qualify for income each week based on his/her total PV produced during the current week and the previous three weeks. The highest rank (Associate, Senior Associate, etc.) achieved by a Promoter. A Promoter will always be referenced by this rank, which is permanent for as long as the Promoter remains active. The rank the Promoter qualified for that particular week, which is the rank they are paid at. A Promoter may move up and down the Paid As ranking scale as their business progresses.

Commissions based on the total weekly GV in their lesser leg. Binary Team Commissions are calculated based on their ranks and qualifications as described below. The following rules apply to the Binary Team Commission payout. All active Commission Qualified Promoters are eligible for Binary Team Commissions. Binary Team Commissions are paid weekly. A Promoter must have at least 100 GV on their weak side to participate. Binary payout is 10% of weak side volume (GV). The 10% Binary Team Commission is paid on only the first $100,000 in GV that is generated in the lesser leg per week. All GV over this amount is flushed, and will not carry over to the following week. Therefore, a Promoter cannot earn more than $10,000 per business center per week. Binary Team Commissions are not calculated for non-qualified, inactive, suspended, or terminated Promoters. Unused strong side volume carries forward from period to period for up to a rolling 52 weeks (unless a Promoter becomes inactive or is suspended or terminated, at which time all volume will be flushed). Therefore, for example, when volume is added from week 53, the volume from week one will be eliminated. When week 54 volume is added, week two volume will be eliminated, and so on. Strong side volume is reduced each week by the same amount used from the weak side. Weak side volume cannot carry forward for more than two monthly cycles. If a Promoter becomes inactive by not being Commission Qualified during two consecutive monthly periods, all Group Volume is reset to zero.
Heres an example of the binary structure. In this scenario, a Promoter is active and Commission Qualified with their own $59.95 monthly subscription, they have two personally sponsored, active Promoters, and they have accumulated 350 GV on their greater leg (right leg) and 300 GV on their lesser leg (left leg). According to the rank and qualifications description found on page 5 of this document, the distributor in this example is qualified as a 3 Star and eligible for a 10% payment on 300 GV in their lesser leg ($30.00 check). The 300 GV is then removed from both legs. The remaining 50 GV on the strong leg will carry over to the next weekly commission period.

Note: The percentages add up to a maximum of 100%. This represents the total potential payout of a pool made up of all BTC earned by those within five generations. This does not represent a 100% payout of total GV or sales. The companys overall payout is capped at 70% of all Commissionable Volume (CV) produced by all Promoters during the week. Should the companys overall payout ever exceed this 70% cap, the UBM pool will be reduced by a necessary and equal percentage for all qualified Senior Promoter-and-above Promoters to bring the overall payout down to meet the 70% cap. Because most Promoters will not qualify for the UMB, these bonuses can grow to become quite substantial and can ultimately pay more to some Promoters than their Binary Team Commissions earned.

The Re-Entry BC is positioned one level directly above the originating BC. Therefore the Re-Entry BC will immediately have one maxed out leg. Re-Entry BCs require no additional qualifications. All BCs (01, 02, 03) are paid at the rank, and based on the qualification, of the original 01 BC. Promoters are the sponsor of their own Re-Entry BCs. Therefore, they will earn the level 1 Matching Bonus on the commissions earned by their own Re-Entry Business Centers.
MMNW CONTEST PROPOSAL I. Theme. A. The contest would have a racing theme using the various images and terms associated with auto racing. Objective. A. Place everyone on an even playing field. Those with existing large downlines should not have an advantage over the newest Promoter. B. Discourage buying the contest. That is, inhibit the artificial manipulation of the contest by purchasing volume under the IDs of others. C. Provide an incentive for those who joined MMNW after the contest has started to still participate. D. Reward those MMNW Promoters who have demonstrated excellence in generating and maintaining new product sales volume (NV).
II.
III. Prizes (suggested). A. First prize is a new car (or $25,000 cash). B. Second prize is a first class Hawaiian vacation for two (or $5,000 cash). C. Third prize is a big screen TV (or $1,000 cash). D. Bonus Prizes (explained in Section VI). 1. Fastest lap ($1,000) 2. Most laps lead ($500) 3. Fasted Late Starter ($500) 4. Best Pit Crew ($1,000) 5. Bubble Bonus ($500) IV. Qualifications. A. Contest participants must remain an active MMNW Promoter. B. Any qualification cycle in which a Promoter is not Commission Qualified, all contest points accumulated will be set back to zero. The Promoter may re-activate (re-enter the race), but will have to start over as if they had just joined the race. C. A participant is eliminated from the contest (out of the race) if, throughout the duration of the contest: 1. does not qualify during any three qualification periods, or; 2. does not qualify during any two consecutive qualification periods, or; 3. does not qualify during any of the final three qualification periods of the contest. a. Final monthly point accumulation period and next two monthly maintenance periods. V. Basis. A. Contest will be based on the weekly accumulation of New Volume (NV).
B. NV does not have to occur in the first week a Promoter joins. When ever a newly enrolled Promoter pays the $150 Activation fee it will generate NV for the sponsor for the week the fee is paid (as long as the enrollment occurs during the contest period). 1. A Promoter does not have to be enrolled as such during the contest period to generate NV for their sponsor. If the activation fee is paid by a Promoters is during the contest period but he/she was enrolled as a Member prior to the first week of the contest period, this first order will still count as NV. C. Only $150 Activation fees paid within the contest period can count as NV. 1. Fees paid by the sponsor on behalf of the newly enrolled Promoter will not count as NV. Manipulation of the contest in this manner will cause the enrolling Promoter to wreck and to forfeit any opportunity to receive any prizes. D. Actual NV point totals should not be revealed until the contest is concluded. Only the names of those who are in the Top 10 in accumulated NV or who win each week should be public. 1. This is to not only reduce the incentive to artificially buy product to manipulate the contest, but also to avoid one Promoter from being so far ahead that the rest lose motivation to catch up. 2. You can, of course, state that the top few leaders are closely packed, and its anyones race or such language, if applicable. VI. Duration. A. The contest will be comprised of 24 individual weekly contests (6 qualification periods total). The MMNW Promoter who has accumulated the most NV during each week will be the winner of that week, or lap of the race, and will receive a uniquely numbered award certificate. B. In the event of a tie (two or more Promoters have the same NV to the penny), a Photo Finish will be declared, and all NV for each of the tied participants from the following week will be added to the tied week to determine the winner. 1. If there is still a tie, the Promoter with the highest Retail Volume (sales to Members) for the same two weeks (tied week and following week) period will be used. 2. If there is still a tie, the tied participants will be co-winners of the lap. C. A running total of each weekly lap winner and the total points standings will be available online. 1. It might also be fun and motivating to keep and display contest records, such as; a. Top 10 most NV in one day; b. Top 10 most NV in one week; c. Top 10 most NV in one qualification cycle; d. Top 10 most NV in single order; 2. Here the actual NV would be revealed so participants know what to shoot for. Although no prize is involved, this creates a strong ego driven motivation for a rep who is close to getting into the Top 10, or #1 spot, of any of these lists to continue to work for more NV (where as they may have otherwise shut down since they have already had such a good day, week, etc.). D. At the conclusion of the 26 lap race (26 weeks) there should still be an additional eight week period where issues such as declined credit cards, returned checks, and product returns can be accounted for and lap winners and NV point totals adjusted accordingly. 1. This delay also creates two other benefits: a. Reps who are on or atop the leaders board at the conclusion of the contest are strongly encouraged to maintain the NV generated by those they recently enrolled. b. It allows some lag time between the conclusion of the contest and the live event (perhaps the annual convention) where the winners are announced. During those eight weeks between the end of the contest and this live ceremony anything can happen. The Top 10 NV earners after 26 weeks could still change significantly over the next eight weeks, so there will still be a lot of buzz and suspense leading up to the event. This also creates a strong motivation for those contest participants to attend the event. VII. Prize Qualifications. A. The Checkered Flag and official race winner receives the Grand Prize. 1. First, second and third place winners are based on most total NV accumulated during the contest period. B. Fastest Lap is based on the most NV achieved in any one week during the contest period. 1. Retail Volume to Members used as a tie breaker. C. Most Laps Lead is awarded to the person who won the most individual weeks. D. Fastest Late Starter is based on the highest average weekly NV among only those who joined MMNW while the contest was in progress.
1. This bonus (and F, the Bubble Bonus) provides a strong incentive for those who joined MMNW after the contest was already underway to still participate. Even if they joined the race during the final few weeks they can still win prizes. E. Best Pit Crew is based on the total NV of all those you personally sponsored during the contest period. 1. Example: If you sponsored 5 Promoters during the contest and they each generated 100, 200, 400, 500, and 1,000 NV respectively during the contest (per the above rules), your crew would have achieved 2,200 NV. 2. This creates an incentive to not only recruit, but to motivate those you recruit to generate NV. F. Bubble Bonus is based on the total NV achieved during the last week of the contest. 1. On the Bubble is a racing term for someone who barely qualified for a race, and starts at the back of the pack. 2. This bonus allows those who joined the contest late, even during the very last week of the contest, to still have a chance of winning a major prize.
