Hi Everybody

30th March, 2012

Now that most of us have settled into our dream homes, let's all work together towards making The Palm Springs the most coveted place to live in. Leaving behind the somewhat mixed experiences that we all have had so far, undoubtedly, we all agree that The Palm Springs is an aesthetically beautiful complex and is developing into a multi-cultural and multi-national community with crme de la crme of the society moving in to live here. It would take a little bit of endeavour from everyone for making The Palm Springs achieve what we are aiming for. For doing this, a set of norms and house-rules have been laid down which are aimed for the betterment of this fledging community and The Palm Springs on the whole. Though, some norms might sound a bit of a personal inconvenience initially, but, once these are all practiced and implemented by all of the residents, everyone would definitely agree that these are all aimed for their own conveniences. So, we strongly urge everyone to follow and adhere to the following houserules all of which have been laid down after extensive deliberations, and let us all work towards the betterment of our community. Thanks & best regards Signed The Palm Springs Residents' Core Committee
