tified his stealing from those who earned the riches he seeks to give to others. Which means he is a robber. How can he not be?He is not using his money to "keep his brothers." Instead he seek s to force productive Americans to do what he considers "good?" What is his idea of "the good?" It is an effort to destroy savings, kill investment, reject domestic oil product ion, enslave the medical profession, create needless agencies, demonize business es and institutions---including banks, insurance companies, investment and other financial enterprises---distort ideas and facts, ridicule the opposition and sc off at capitalism, de-regulation, individual rights, limited government and free markets, all while he lives and travels in majestic opulence---using our money. Leftists eat it up. The mainstream media are dumb struck. Most of them do not kn ow what to make of Obama's pompous disdain for the property and savings of the a ble, the rich, the earner, the skilled, the conscientious. They don't know becaus e they accept the ancient notion of "you are your brother's keeper." The slogan that one is one's "brother's keeper" has been around for centuries. I t has become one of the most corrupt, devious, misleading, ugly and immoral plat itudes used by those who seek power over men's lives. Historically, when that saying was first formulated, times were harsh, exacerbat ed by a cruel ruling structure which was backed by an armed group that forced, u sually brutally, subservience to the ruler. Men did not know the benevolence that results from respect for individual rights and limited government and free mark ets. No such ideas had yet been thought of. At that time, to be one's brother's k eeper meant merely to look out for one's neighbor, much like our present-day nei ghborhood watches. Today, however, the claim that we are our "brother's keeper" has become a means of forcing actions not of our choosing. Since politics expresses an ethical syste m, today's "brother's keeper" politician has become an exercise in ways to squee ze out of us every penny we earn, disenfranchise us from our rights, strangle ou r ambition and undermine our self-appraisal by claiming the group superior to th e individual. All this isfor the purpose of taking from the productive individual to give to th e malingering, procrastinating, incompetent group. The productive usually are not concernedwith being another's "keeper." The idea is as insulting to those who truly are brothers in spirit---those of like-mind---a s it is anathema to one's own self respect. We care for those we value. We do not "keep" them---like small change in a box. We support those we honor. We do not monitor their activities.We praise those we ad mire. We do not loot them and mandate their purchases. We seek to admire and res pect. They wish to command. We seek to understand; they, to demand. We give of ourselves without being asked. We treat others with respect. We do no t support the evil, the malignant, the guilty. We know that to do sodiminishes th e value we place on the good, the benevolent, the innocent. The earners, the producers, those who choose to make themselves able and efficac

ious are those who makerewarding and happy a friendship, a family, a business, a community, a nation, a culture. Such as these are our brothers. Our brothers are not dictators who torture and slaughter their own people. They are not Asian warlords who prey upon the wretched and uneducated, and who f or "sport" shove a knife into the wasted flesh of their subjects. They are not African chieftains who oppress their tribes, keeping them ignorant of the prosperity that could be theirs were they free to pursue their own concer ns and values. They are not middle-eastern secret police who imprison those who seek only indiv idual rights and freedom, or militarists who abuse the innocent, rape the helple ss and murder the dissident. They are not manipulative and aggressively, intentionally unintelligible---Nancy Pelosi comes to mind---who seek unquestioning obedience. These are not our brothers in spirit. They are not of like-mind with us. Who then does Obama consider his brothers? He shakes hands with dictators. He prom ises to be flexible to impress the dishonest. Instead of closing intrusive agenci es, he terminates 43,000 jobs so that we are made dependent on rulers who seek t o impoverish their nation by returning to Communism and the vileness of the KGB. He prohibits and/or obstructs domestic energy production so that we are dependen t on tribal/theocratic autocracies. He rejects our allies' concerns so that irra tional rulers can destroy them. He promises to deliverthe food we produce to vicio us rulers who starve theirpeople. These are Obama's brothers and certainly he is their "keeper"---using our money to keep them. At the same time he "keeps" his domestic brothers---the occupiers of other people's property---thus continuing a political policy dripping with hi s brand of "goodness." We cannot allow this to continue. Obama is out to destroy the United States of America and all his actions show it .
