INTRODUCTION
Student portal is a one-stop venue where you will find most of the sources you need as a student. It is where you can: 1. View or edit your personal details; 2. View information on your registered courses (and print slip and timetable as well); 3. View financial information; 4. View or print your academic landscape; 5. Perform online registration at the beginning of each semester; 6. View or print your examination result; and 7. View or print your examination slip.

Click on the First time login link below the Log in! box. You will be directed to a page where you will be required to enter a username (your student ID) and a password. Re-enter the password for verification. Then, click on the Update password button and go back to the login page to relogin using the password you have created.
There are four clickable tabs in this page and they are: 1. Tab 1: Personal Info Under personal info, you can view your data corresponding to your course and programme such as your ID no, faculty, and intake. In the lower section, you can view all your personal data stored in the system. If any of these information is not correct, kindly contact your Administrator for further action. 2. Tab 2: Correspondence Address This section stores your correspondence address you provided to the university when you registered. You may edit the data by clicking on the EDIT button and click SAVE button when you have filled up all the required information. 3. Tab 3: Permanent Address You are required to fill up this page if your permanent address is different from your correspondence address. Simply click the SAVE button once you have completed the required particulars. 4. Tab 4; Contact No This page stores your telephone numbers. You are required to edit the numbers if you change any of your contact numbers. 5. Tab 5: Emergency Info This page stores the information of the person that the university may contact in case of emergency. Please fill up the particulars accordingly and click the SAVE button once you are done.
The two buttons at the bottom of the page allow you to print your course registration slip as well as your timetable. If you think your subjects are incorrect, please contact your Facultys Academic Executives for clarification.

Clicking the Print Slip button will direct you to your Course Registration slip and the buttons on top of the document allow you to save or print the document.

Student Timetable
Clicking the print timetable button will direct you to your timetable for the semester. If you find any discrepancies (for example, one or more subjects are not in the timetable), do check with your respective lecturers or the timetable coordinator for further clarification.
The financial info page is where you view your financial details and status. Contact the Bursary office if you find any discrepancies regarding your payment status.
6.1Register Course You need to identify and choose the timetable slot for each course before you can click the Register button or else you will not have a proper/complete timetable for the semester. To ensure that you know which classes you are enrolled and where your class meetings are, you are advised to print the Registration Slip as well as Timetable Schedule (refer to item 3.2) and keep the copies for easy reference.

Take note that a subject might have many class modes, for example Lecture 1, Lecture 2 and Tutorial or Lab therefore you are required to choose the slots for all class modes listed under each subject registered. If there are many lecturers teaching one subject you must choose the same lecturer for all class modes as well. If you are not sure, please contact your Timetable Administrator for further clarification.

Online Add/Drop screen appears when you click the eighth icon and this page is where you must visit at the beginning of each semester to perform your online registration.
