AIR PASSENGERS WITH SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS IN INDIA

We need to know exactly whats on your mind: the good things, and the bad memories... Refused travel unless accompanied by a carer? Wheelchair broken due to negligent handling? Restrictive airline policies on assistive aids? Frustration because airline /airport staff couldn't or were unwilling to resolve a problem? Felt humiliated or embarrassed by inadequate communication ...or impressed by an outstanding response to a special request?

Whether you're passenger, attendant, family member, observer, bystander, stakeholder, disabled, senior citizen or witness - this is for you to fill if you'd like to share your air travel story - where requiring something specific or out of the ordinary had unexpected consequences. These experiences could be positive, but we're guessing mostly negative with recent travel controversies ;-) We welcome your feedback as this would bring about greater visibility of what is a daily occurrence to many of us. Your inputs and opinions will also be collated so as to measure policies against the facilities and services provided; and submitted to the concerned authorities. PLEASE ENTER 1 FLIGHT PER FORM! Yes, entering multiple offences may be painful - but this form will be LIVE in future as well so log experiences whenever you can! Only the starred questions are mandatory - so this shouldnt take much time to fill. Of course the more information you fill, the more useful data that's available in the public domain. Also the sooner you complete the form, the better your chances of redressal...so please hurry and find the time! All data will be collected on this online, open-access spreadsheet- http://tinyurl.com/jetsetters THERE ARE 8 DIFFERENT SECTIONS - CLICK CONTINUE AT THE END OF EACH ON THE WEB FORM ================================================================================================================================
