Cc d n u t xy d ng cng trnh: thu l i, giao thng (khc i m I - 3), c p thot n c v cng trnh h t ng k thu t, k thu t i n, s n xu t thi t b thng tin, i n t , tin h c, ho d c, thi t b y t , cng trnh c kh khc, s n xu t v t li u, bu chnh, vi n thng. Cc d n u t xy d ng cng trnh: cng nghi p nh , snh s , thu tinh, in, v n qu c gia, khu b o t n thin nhin, s n xu t nng, lm nghi p, nui tr ng thu s n, ch bi n nng, lm, thu s n.
