Terms and Conditions: > All Vendors invited to this bid must submit a response. > If the Vendor decided to Participate in this bid, > Bid responses must be "submitted" via SRM prior to submission deadline. > "Saved" bid responses will not be considered. These are draft bids and are not visible to the buyer. > The Vendor is strongly encouraged to submit the bids via SRM several hours prior to submission deadline. > In case an error was encountered during bid posting and submission, 1. Please send a snapshot of the error via e-mail to the buyer. 2. Call the buyer re the error encountered and the snapshot sent via e-mail. 3.
