All progress is born of inquiry. Doubt is often than overconfidence, for it leads to inquiry, and inquiry leads to invention is a famous Hudson Maxim in context of which the significance of research can well be understood. Increased amounts of research make progress possible. Research inculcates scientific and inductive thinking and it promotes the development of logical habits of thinking and organization. Mexus Education is an education innovations company. The key endeavour of Mexus Education is towards creating futuristic technology based model for education. In an era marked by rapid changes in technology and its utility, Mexus has identified technologys potential in aiding education. Based on this learning, Mexus Education has been promoting learning through technology based platforms like multimedia DVDs, motion films and interactive online tools which has been the first of its kind in India. There are many existing customer in same sector. As far as my research work is concern so we want to know that Mexus education companys performance is good or not? Customers are satisfied with services or not? And in which segment, company is lacking with their customer and where mexuss competitor is strong? Which type of Improvement is needed for mexus? With the help of my topic, performance of Performance of Mexus Education Pvt Ltd in Rajkot.(A comparative and Evaluative Study). On the basis of my this topic Mexus Education company will know that what is the performance of this company in Rajkot and what customer want and also they are satisfied or not ? In front of competition. With the help of our this research work company will know that what is the market share of this company in Rajkot city?, We hope that my research work will helpful to company improve their performance more and more in the future in this cut thought competition.

Identification of the Problems:

To know the performance and actual status of the Market of MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltd. Compared to its competitors in Rajkot city on the various different parameters like services, Relationship, Product performance, Information and so on... TO check out the satisfaction levels of the existing customers of MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltd in Rajkot city and even know their latent needs and potential market demand in Rajkot city.

Research Objectives:

To know whether customer of mexus education are really satisfied with the services which this company provide. To help mexus education campany to established a process to monitor and improve their services. To learn from business customer how companys performance stand compared to the competitors same segment.

Research Scope & Significance of the Study:

This particulars research will give an insight to know the actual status of MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltdin Rajkot city with its market share, its actual Brand Image into the minds of different-different services like.. Education solution, learning or training programme & process and so on. Services which is provided by MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltd The research also would help us in knowing the major competitors of the company in Rajkot and on which factors are they ahead of MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltd in certain services.

Data Collection:
In my Research work the mode of Data collection will through a structured questionnaire which will field up by me after the respondents answered the questions in personal to me.

Secondary data collection:

Secondary data is collected from website of MEXUS EDUCATION.COM,Mr.Sajid Mithani, Product specialist.

Primary Data collection:


Primary data is collected with the help of questionnaires which consist of unstructured and close ended questions. We have only one questionnaire for all respondents which help us to collect the holistic information of the topic.

Research Design:

Study would be Exploratory Research Sample Design : Non probability

Sample Size : 100 schools Sampling Technique : Stratified random sampling

Limitation of the study:

The time duration to carry out the survey of all the areas of Rajkot was very short. The sample size for the survey of customers was limited to 100 respondents, which might not be representative of all customers of Rajkot city. The respondents are selected by convenience so they may not be representative of the analysis. The results are totally derived from the respondents answers. There might be a difference between the actual and projected results. Research also depends on surveyors bias & his/her ability to analyze the data & draw conclusion.

Data analysis and interpretation:

Data table prepare on the basis of information collected from questionnaires.
