To know the performance and actual status of the Market of MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltd. Compared to its competitors in Rajkot city on the various different parameters like services, Relationship, Product performance, Information and so on... TO check out the satisfaction levels of the existing customers of MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltd in Rajkot city and even know their latent needs and potential market demand in Rajkot city.
Research Objectives:
To know whether customer of mexus education are really satisfied with the services which this company provide. To help mexus education campany to established a process to monitor and improve their services. To learn from business customer how companys performance stand compared to the competitors same segment.
This particulars research will give an insight to know the actual status of MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltdin Rajkot city with its market share, its actual Brand Image into the minds of different-different services like.. Education solution, learning or training programme & process and so on. Services which is provided by MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltd The research also would help us in knowing the major competitors of the company in Rajkot and on which factors are they ahead of MEXUS EDUCATION Pvt.Ltd in certain services.
Data Collection:
In my Research work the mode of Data collection will through a structured questionnaire which will field up by me after the respondents answered the questions in personal to me.
Secondary data is collected from website of MEXUS EDUCATION.COM,Mr.Sajid Mithani, Product specialist.
Research Design:
The time duration to carry out the survey of all the areas of Rajkot was very short. The sample size for the survey of customers was limited to 100 respondents, which might not be representative of all customers of Rajkot city. The respondents are selected by convenience so they may not be representative of the analysis. The results are totally derived from the respondents answers. There might be a difference between the actual and projected results. Research also depends on surveyors bias & his/her ability to analyze the data & draw conclusion.
