Court Order regarding Louis Leclezio, the author on Blogger http://www.snocadia.blogspot.com/ Dear Sirs: The enclosed documents are: A judgment, by Judge Michael Cooper, Superior Court of Washington For Kittitas County, signed on October 11, 2011 states: 5. The court having found that Leclezio has defamed the Darlands, Leclezio is hereby permanently enjoined and restrained from making further defamatory statements about the Darlands and from posting and/or placing defamatory statements and writings on the Internet. As part of this injunction, Leclezio is further ordered to remove any and all defamatory postings about the Darlands from the Internet. The court retains jurisdiction to enforce this Order. A VERBATIM REPORT OF PROCEEDINGS states, in part: imposes a permanent injunction against Mr. Leclezio asking for enjoining and restraining him from continued defamatory comments and internet postings, orders him to remove them, this language we believe will once provided with internet -- provided to internet search providers allows them to remove this. At page 8, line 4 of the attached document the discussion of the Internet postings in question. At page 9, line 11, is discussion of the defamation claims. At page 10, line 13 addresses the contempt finding of the court for Mr. Leclezios failure, (which continues today as of this writing) to remove defamatory Internet postings.

At page 11, line 4 is the discussion for enjoining and restraining Leclezio from continued defamatory comments and internet postings, orders him to remove them to provided to internet search providers to remove Leclezios comments. At page 21, line 21, the judge states that he has signed these orders. In spite of the Courts orders, which Mr. Leclezio has been ignoring since August 29, 2011, Mr. Leclezio sent a copy of his latest posting, this morning to my attorney. Since Mr. Leclezio continues to disregard the orders of the court, I am requesting that you remove, in its entirety, any and all of the comments regarding Michael L. Darland and Myrna Darland from his blog or, if necessary, his entire Blog. Also, that you remove from your cache any and all copies of this website.
