Assignment Template Assignment rules can be created that are used to automatically assign ownership of leads, service requests, accounts, and opportunities. The various tabs in this template are used for documenting a company's assignment rules. Sets of assignment rules are defined (called rule groups) that automatically specify which employees become the owners of sales leads, service requests, accounts, and opportunities. Depending on the record type, the records can be assigned to an employee and to a territory. If a company has selected the group assignment option, all group members share the account and opportunity records that are assigned to a member of that group. Address Field Mappings by Country Template Siebel CRM On Demand has nine address fields. When an address manually entered in a record, the first step is to select the appropriate country.
