1. Introduction 1.1 Purpose This Software Requirement Specification document describes the software requirements for the final year research project Dealer Mine System of batch 2012 of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology. The purpose of this SRS is to define user requirements and system requirements for the project before moving into the design of initial release. The requirements stated in this document will be a basis for scope, design, construction, planning and estimates. Rest of the document will cover functional, non-functional, security and

performance requirements of the project. 1.2 Project Scope In future, dealer mine may be enhanced to deal with the product from live selling and purchasing different types of products and also do advertisements of latest products which are not available in market. Dealer Mine helps Parts Managers easily convert those lost opportunities into new sales and profits. This is a user-friendly website, hands-on customer service, and extensive network of parts buyers and sellers enable Parts Managers to experience results quickly and hassle free. We can use some methods to prepare our own face database as it gives more efficient result as compared to the database used in our present work.

2. Overall Description 2.1 Product Perspective

In our research, we aim at developing a live dealership of product analysis technologies to facilitate effective and efficient deal of the useful products and semantics from different live products in half price from running price security . The core techniques used in this research topic Fixed Operations in-depth reporting is one of the software components that makes Dealer Mine tough. So, our project help us in live selling and purchasing of auto parts. Here are some of the functions made available to your customers: View all the vehicles they own. View the service history for each vehicle. View the detailed VIN explosion data for each vehicle. View special order parts that have been ordered and the status of the order. View all vehicles they purchased. View all the appointment history whether it was booked in your DMS or DealerMine. Add a new vehicle to the file which gets pushed to the DMS.*

Design and Implementation Constraints

High Level Design: Modules: Log In:- In this module the incoming guest have to registered them self for the authentication purpose of dealership i.e. if a dealer, customer or any company wants to see their account then must have to login them self from their id and password. Item Registration:- The item which customer want to purchase or sell will be registered under this module before dealer registration because if dealer wants to registered himself on this website, he must register at least an item on this website . In this section of module item details like item name, model no and its arability are given. Dealer Registration: - Dealer can get registered under this module for dealerships of different types of item. After registration of at least one item, he can register himself on this website for dealing of automobile parts. Company Registration: - companies can also register on this website through this module in order to make available their products live and can also provide a detail advertisement of their product like model name, model no and cost and arability etc.

Customer Registration: - Customer can register in this module for the purpose of buying or selling the automobile product through the help of specified dealer. Item Updating:-Item which is newly developed or still not available in markets can be appended in item list by item updating through the help of dealer or company.
