Klewin Construction is a privately-held corporation that provides general contracting and design-build services in a variety of industry sectors that include educational, municipal, residential and workforce housing, healthcare, gaming and hospitality, retail and restaurant. The Klewin family has been building projects for two generations. While this translates into billions of dollars, and millions of square feet of construction, what were really building are relationships. We look at a building as more than concrete slabs, steel beams, and mechanical systems. Were building the vision of an owner, the passion of an architect, and security for the families of our subcontractors. These projects encompass the needs of community leaders, the community itself, and quite possibly the needs of the next generation. LOVE CULTURE I Interior Build out of an existing space at the Auburn Hills Mall in Auburn Hills, M MI. Project was a 14,000 SF project with a very impressive storefront system which i included an illuminated portal entrance system. The interior of the space consisted o of a GWB hard ceiling with a variety of elevation changes, 24 x 24 ceramic tile, l large tempered glass panels with mirrors and back-painted glass throughout the s sales floor. Project also contained fitting rooms, waiting area, stock room and two r restrooms. This project was 9 weeks in duration.

ANN TAYLOR
P R O J E C T S C O P E

I Interior build out of new Ann Taylor store located at the Cherry Creek Mall in D Denver, Colorado. This Ann Taylor store renovation was over 5,000 SF of an e existing space. Project consisted of complete demolition down to shell and new b build out with high-end finishes. Finishes included gyp board walls and ceilings, w wood and marble flooring, carpeting, and high-end fixtures. This project included sales floor area, fitting rooms, stock room at back of house and restrooms. The s project was delivered 1 week ahead of schedule with a seven-week duration. p

EMPIRE BEAUTY SCHOOL

This Empire Beauty School is located in Morrow, GA. This 9,000 SF build-out was c completed in 12 weeks and within the owners budget. The HVAC portion of the p project was very intense with a large number of exhaust fans and 18 tons of HVAC. There were five different types of floor consisting of cork, VCT, ceramic tile, sheet v vinyl, and wood flooring.

ROSS DRESS FOR LESS

P Project was eight months in duration and consisted of one 18,000 SF building b being converted into a two-story building. A new interior steel frame system w was installed to create the second floor. The roof was completely removed to the existing deck and new roof top units were installed along with the related structural e steel. The faade was removed and replaced to the current Ross standards. The s existing storefront was replaced and also included new glass handrails at all interior e balconies and overhangs. New walls and finishes were required to include VCT b floors and ceramic tile in the restrooms.

This 11,000 SF build-out was completed for the Lyons Group at the Mohegan Sun C Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut. The project included a dueling piano bar and n nite club with a stone-surround fireplace.

S Shulas 347 Grill is named in honor of Hall of Fame Coach Don Shula. Shulas 347 G Grill follows a long line of successful restaurants, all founded on the same famous t tradition of Shulas Steak Houses. This 3,100 SF restaurant was built in the Sheraton i in Jacksonville, Florida, with seating arrangements for approximately 100 patrons. The project included custom millwork and amenities throughout the restaurant a and memorabilia from the famed coach.

This 6,600 SF Sizzler nestled at the base of the foothills of Murrieta, California set t the mark on how future Sizzlers would look. This 120-day project has earned its n nickname The Master Piece from all the great minds working together to ensure it it left a lasting impression. It all starts from the second you walk in. A Al Dente Italian Cuisine is a sophisticated 4,000 SF, 125-seat facility located on the r restaurant level of the Grand Pequot Tower at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino l located in Mashantucket, CT.
