All in this creation with the bless of the father/mother God, is been based on the free will (highest bless given to humans) the freedom to do, act, think, we have the free will to create or destroy, to enjoy or to suffer, to be creative or destructive, as a magnets we have to option to attract upon us whatever we wish on the two sides, negative or positive, pero we have to be aware that also exist the neutral way that gives direction and keeps harmony in life, pero that doesnt mean that is the way to GO, because going in a stable way as someone may call stability, doesnt mean growing in our being, that means remains constant but our energy keeps static, without that beautiful way to create or even destroy, so, is our freedom to choose the way to use that energy; all in life implies responsibility, to do it positive or negative, positive is the way to use the energy in higher task, serving God, respecting and admiring the creation, the nature, animals, your neighbours, using your creativity, giving Love, cleaning ourselves, implies work, self-discipline, order, cleanliness, responsibility, but the warranty in terms of spirituality is higher and clean/pure energy (love), that is the real work in this reincarnation for everyone; going negative, is simple, easy, is just to do as the other do, follow the same way, comfort, pleasure, irresponsibility in actions, misuse of freedom, laziness, don take any risks in life, so your energy will be same as other will do, doesnt imply trabajo is just being a copy of other attitudes, ways to live, ways to express; so the question is what do you want to do?, which path you want to follow?, how brave you are to have your own life?, where do you want to go?

The real work in this life and this is why creation allow us to exist, is to clean our energy, to transform ourselves, to become pure energy, the source of the Father essence, of his entire creation, for example: our natural stages of life that nobody can modify, as we are kids, teenagers, mature, old; when kids our energy is clean, full of beauty, harmony, peace, creativity, as a kid you are contented, waking up, eating, playing, playing and playing, eating, sleeping, resting, eating, etc our life is simple, no concepts, or obligation, no responsibilities to follow, we live in harmony in the universe, in our environment, no conflicts or ideals, we are pure energy, the essence of gods creation; When teenagers is the stage of questions, curiosity, want to discover, experiment, pero adults impose to us obligations, wants to give us direction to our life, what do you want to be? What kind of style of life, boyfriend, you want to have , etc., our energy is dedicated to material things, transform and asked to be adapt to other concepts, is the time when ideals of life comes, I want to be like, him/her, I want to have that he has, I want to wear as he do, etc. our energy is distracted to the pure energy, the balance may run in one of the two ways (positive/negative) in the experiments stage; when adults, our energy is being transform absolutely in a different way as use to be at the beginning, is full of concepts, full of obligations, full or ideals fulfilled or not fulfilled, our life is being transform in something we call successful or not successful, our energy is not so clean, is not so pure, we become adapted to the concepts or ideals fulfilled, if we have money we call ourselves successful, if not, we tend to depression, to hatred, to jealousy, to vices, to our old concepts collected during our life; when become older all depends on the energy we been attracted in our all life, is the energy we express, if our energy has been kept positive or in balance, we will have an

enjoyable stage, if not many sickness and sadness, depression, or sedimentary and static life, our energy becomes static, going down, losing the energy, and at the end we leave our material body; The big question arise again did we transform our life?, our energy?, life is the opportunity we have to clean, to purify our energy, if we are kids, we must enjoy our life, live at the limit, live the most exiting adventures, learn, Pray, respect the nature, respect the other, love the others, enjoy every single moment, in future will be a treasure, happiness is the key to grow!!!; when become teenagers we must follow our feelings, our instinct, our own nature, respect ourselves, respect the other, admire the creation of God, is the gift to us, there is nothing wrong with desire or enjoy material things, even to be attracted to the opposite, but the most important is to keep your energy positive, any action always comes with consequences, (dont forget that as the law, every action has a reaction) so dont think that because you do, nobody will do to you, be aware and be responsible that the energy is always flowing and jumping around, and any moment all is changed at your favour or against, so keep aware and be wise with your decisions, always keep in mind that your life will be built based on your actions, so always keep in mind, what is for me the happy and a beautiful life I want to have? Im contented what Im doing now?, that Im doing brings me happiness or makes me happy?, those question will help you to keep your energy growing , the creativity will always flow around you and fulfil you in the most positive way, if you want to choose any activity, choose the one gives you happiness and you can enjoy, success comes from the things you like to do, so dont be influence, do that you like to do, that will give you contentment and makes your creativity grow!!!!!. When you become adult, based on you actions, decisions , your life must have a result, a balance you may call it positive or negative, pero remember, that is the life you choose to live based on your own actions, decisions, the energy you been fulfilling to yourself around, so always be aware that energy can be transform and can always change of ways based on your own actions, so always ask yourself, is that the life I always wanted?, is that the way I want to still go? Or I may have more options?, be sure and be aware that freedom, is the way you can always take a different direction in life, always fulfil your dreams or ideals, there is no limit, your free will can be used in any moment, and not because your decisions being taking you to a direction you dont want, doesnt mean you cannot change still the direction, there is always time to do your best, to move to the positive, remain in negative, or take the risk to move ahead, but always remain creative, life is always creating, dont forget that!; when you get older the fruits of life may come, and you will enjoy of the treasures that life bring to a life full of experiences in life, positive or negative, the clear fact is that destiny can be seen and clearly perceive, clarity in ideas, clarity in life is one of the gifts life always may bring, as the best cheese more older more delicious, so make sure your energy always remain positive and, that you may bring to that stage in life, and will be your treasure to share always be wisdom, strength, love; and always remain your positive energy and keep yourself wealthy and healthy, that for analogy will bring happiness and contentment, remember always to keep yourself positive, One of the main goals in life is to keep ourselves with pure energy( Love, wisdom, peace, strength), if you realize that in any stage of life you may be and you feel that you are not contented, happy, satisfy, remember that you always can transform yourself; transform in any way you want there is no limit, have you realize that in nature we have all kind of the most estrange or interesting forms of plants, animals, fruits, flowers, is because there is the free will of existence, to be able to adapt and transform our energy, remember that in nature there is no ugly energy, just think, when a tree has been inspiring you been ugly?, or a flower, or a fruit; nature, is pure energy, that remain on growing

and renovating itself, and the tree will renovate himself every season, every day, every year, as when it has to die, and may say that the purpose of the seed one day planted, has reached the highest fruit, go back to his mother nature, and his energy will be renovated gain, that is our life, transform every day our energy, and one day when we will leave that material body our pure energy will go back to our next reincarnation with a higher and pure energy able to be renovated again to fulfil a different experience, following always the law of life. What is that transformation of energy (of ourselves) needed, just think for a moment and make a list of the things makes you unhappy, makes you sad, not contented, that brings worries and those will be the things you have to eliminate of yourself, that is your personal life, yourself, that is an internal work, and the only benefit will be to make you happy, contented, clear of your life, have a positive energy, and flow and enjoy the nature, the creation of God, so don t be superficial, go deep, and go to your limits, remember that there is only one life to be successful and enjoy, that is this life, so why not to be and make that experience better, and at the end of your days, your life will be counted not by your years of life, must counted by the happy and memorable experiences you had in your life, how many sacrifices you been doing, the love youve been given, how much you admired?, respected, amazed by the creation of God, that you can express in how many sunrises and times you saw the moon, and how many rainy days you enjoy, or flowers you smelled?, how many smiles of kids you produced?, that is love to God, to show respect to his creation, to his universe, to yourself, at the end, God, we belong to you!! That is for me freedom, that is the free will of God, been alive, the capacity of transforms yourself. Gracias Father/Mother for allowing me to exist. Your Son.

Why, we experience sadness, depression, emptiness in life? The first thing that we have to be clear is, that the real experience in life for man as a part of the creation, the total harmony it is in you, furthermore total happiness it is in you, we have to be honest in ourselves, every day when you wake up, a part of the daily activities you have to do as part of your life, you go out to enjoy to be happy, to have a good day, great talk, nobody wishes to have a bad day or experiences something bad, everybody in the deepest always wants to be happy, to have joy, to live in that is called the paradise, that is the real life to en joy ; so the step that put people in a different stage is the way and the position how do they confront the life; life, is a sweet, calm and beautiful experience, but when desires, wishes or situations not fulfilled comes to a comparison with someone and something else is when the conflict is created, we have to be in a neutral position when a situation is faced that is not part of our natural flow of life or it represents a new experience in life, we have to observe, to contemplate, to disguise, to taste the new experience, being part of the new situation and makes us aware of the all situation is around (like a witness), imagine that a crash happen, what is the first situation comes to mind, that someone is hurt, but many people enter in panic and cannot manage the situation, it is because is a new experience, that creates disillusion, emptiness, impotence, regrets, sadness, but is not the situation that creates itself, it is you, the one creates that, because you regret, you condemn yourself, you feel guilty, what if?, you can be responsible and can consider that an accident is an accident, and being responsible and learn from mistakes is the correct way to face the reality, but allowing the mind entering in the area of the feelings, it is when conflict is created. So, the situations that are created for you in life, that puts you in that condition, are situations that originate comparison, and that is the root, the one that creates sadness, emptiness, because you dont have enough, you dont have someone in your life, you cannot buy a house, a new shoes, a cell phone, you think that because he or she has something in her life makes her happy?, and having that, you will be happy like them, the point is very clear, life is an eternal wish that as big the universe big are the wishes to be all fulfilled, so dont bother if not all you wishes are granted, we have an eternity to do that, and not because in that existence was not fulfil, it doesnt mean that on the next one will be, many times wishes are granted maybe, no in the way we wished, but for sure are granted, so if your wish this time was not granted as you wished, use your creativity and be more specific, more precise, define the colour, the shape, the size, the place, etc., be more specific and wish, wish, wish, that if you have faith, father knows that he wants to see his kids happy, so the universe will be get together and a happy smile will be produced, because a wish was granted. The question comes, how to avoid create sadness and depression, or emptiness in life?, the most important in life is the security in yourself, that all can be created and obtain, as strong you wish your retribution will be, so remain confident that all can be granted. So what is the essence of the conflict why do I fell emptiness, depression?, expecting too much from others, that is the root of relationships fail, this is why we have to many relationships broken, separated, because the other cannot fulfil my desires, my expectations, this is why we change a lot of partners, we disagree, we dislike, we fight with people, because we are selfish and we want to be

unique, we think we deserve all, pero what do you give? What do you share?, Do you respect, Do you appreciate that other give, even if it is a candy?, so the key is do not create expectations, give, give, give, and dont stop, always give without expecting, that is the key to fulfil yourself, to give happiness to your life, so you never will fell emptiness or depression in your life. The other root of sadness and emptiness is, the comparison,, our desires not fulfilled and the position we put one step down to ourselves, because if you dont have or think you cannot feel something you are less that someone, or something, so the key is to avoid comparison, everyone is unique, and enough complete to attract and to create all in life, so never feel that, not because you dont have, or been experiencing something, means you are less, or you cannot have that, always remember that you can have and create, experience everything, so make yourself clear and see the life with innocent eyes, be amaze of everything, with all you encounter, with the nature, the people, the animals, etc., everything that comes to you, receive it as an experience, as a gift, and if for some reason you didnt or still dont have that, is because life knows why was not given to you, life is the highest wisdom, the essence of God, and because the plan of your life is the most perfect, if life avoids or gives you something, is because that is that you need in this life to be experienced or not, in order, for you, to have a perfect life, to be happy, so if in your life you find something you havent experience and you think you have to be sad because you dont have that, instead of thinking negative, think positive and think that you dont have that because your life is so perfect, that the situation was not planned to you, what if that, would be included as part of your life, and having that, creates a worst human or your life would be going in a different direction; or what if the experiences you have and you complain, are the key for you to grow, and make your life stronger and beautiful, so we have to embrace and see the facts that all experiences attracted and given to our personal/unique life, are the ones needed to fulfil our goal, our mission in this life. Thanks God for all the experiences I encounter, I receive, because I know life is perfect, and as perfect it is, that this moment to be experienced was created in advance for me, as a wish, already granted. Thank you Father/Mother, for allowing us to exist.
