Item Description of work A - SITE WORK Allow for site clearing including removal of roots and growth of every description, cutting top soil and existing foundation, if any all up to a depth of 0'-6" and extended up to 10'0" beyond the outer walls of the proposed building. B - EXCAVATION EXCAVATION : Excavation for foundation of 1' 6" x 1' 6" wall in any material met with expect rock requiring blasting, part return fill in and ram and surplus disposed of as directed. EARTH FILING : Approved hard earth filling (gravel) under floor well rammed and consolidated. C - CONCRETE WORK C-1 LINTEL : R.C.C. lintel 4" x 6" in 1:2:4(3/4") concrete mix reinforced with 2 nos 10mm bar at the bottom Rate to included for necessary form work. FlOOR CONC : 3" thick Mass concrete in 1:2 1/2 :5 (1") mix on well compacted floor. The floor gently slope towards the out drains URINAL SEPARATION Construction of 3" th. 3' x 2' R/F Concrete slab Separation between urinal with 5/8" th. 1:4 cement sand plastering for the both sides of separation, separation must be hight 1" from the Urinal floor levell.
