COMPANY Since 1928, Steelway Fensecure Ltd has continued to be a market leader in the field of fabrication excellence and expertise. We manufacture from our two state of the art production facilities, which are located in Wolverhampton and West Bromwich. PAS99 encompasses BS EN ISO 9001 - for Quality Management, BS EN ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety Management. Due to the multitude of markets that we supply into, we are also committed to many industry accreditation schemes, product certification and approvals and we fully comply with health and safety legislation, both in-house and on site. DESIGN & EXPERTISE Our sales and design functions are equipped with the latest technology systems available. Utilising both 2D and 3D CAD software, combined with communication and IT systems, we are able to provide our customers with a rapid response to enquiries and orders. Designing with 3D systems also allows for easy design verification prior to fabrication. We continue to invest in our design and fabrication facilities with plant, equipment, high speed automatic laser cutting equipment and software. PROJECT SOLUTIONS & SUPPORT Utilising our experienced sales teams, installation engineers and project managers we have the experience to take your product and project requirements from initial concept right through to commission. ACCESS METALWORK Supply and installation nationwide of access staircases, fire escape stairs, walkways, platforms etc. with a range of solid durbar pattern or open mesh stair treads and flooring panels. Standard two ball pattern handrails with toe plates where necessary, or vertical bar type balustrade, to suit general duty or heavy duty loadings. Vertical access ladders complete with a range of extended handholds including self closing tubular gates. Ship type ladders / companion way stairs can be supplied with open mesh or solid durbar pattern treads. We hold framework agreements with water utility companies and supply access metalwork extensively throughout the UK.

ARCHITECTURAL METALWORK. Feature stairs comprising powder coated stringers, with pan type treads, complete with a range of balustrades, manufactured in mild steel through to polished stainless steel. Various infills can be offered to the balustrades, including stainless steel tensioned wires, perforated steel infill panels or toughened glass panels. Spiral staircases are a traditional solution where access is restricted, we can combine this with an attractive design feature, for internal or external applications. Various materials, balustrade and tread combinations are available to meet the demands of any application. We believe that a stairway should be a striking feature and by combining different structural and aesthetic elements we can provide a multitude of options. Single or multi flight, bolted or welded assembly, the choice is yours. SPECIALISED FABRICATIONS. We have completed various specialised metalwork and heritage projects, manufactured to suit specific customer requirements. By using up to date fabrication and jointing technology, we can replicate fabricated structures of a riveted construction. We also manufacture and install feature entrance canopy structures.

Steelway Brickhouse provides unrivalled expertise in the design, manufacture and installation of high quality standard and bespoke steel access covers and frames. All ranges are designed with industry standards in mind. We are committed to working to strict design criteria as detailed within the FACTA (Fabricated Access Cover Trade Association) specification, BS9124 for covers larger than 1000mm clear opening and where applicable, BSEN124. BESPOKE RANGE by using Inventor 3D modelling software and laser driven manufacturing, mild steel access cover solutions are available to suit a multitude of applications that may require non standard sizes, purpose made designs or increased loading capabilities.

BIOMASS FUEL STORAGE COVERS Available in any size and configuration. Most popular designs include either hydraulic, electric or gas arm opening operation for total compliance to handling guidelines. Units are available as flush fitting to existing ground level, upstanding for fitting to concrete plinths or in a cladded building form with large sliding openings. We offer the complete process from survey, design, fabrication, installation to commissioning. Installation includes for all necessary pipework, electrics and powerpacks. TREE PIT IRRIGATION COVERS Designed and fabricated to fit perfectly into pedestrianisation schemes. The units are available with a variety of different recess depths to suit all types of paver or slab infill materials. On tree pits, specific watering or up-lighting can be located within the unit.

BLOCK PAVER & BRITISH TELECOM APPROVED ACCESS COVERS Mild and stainless steel high quality external application recessed access covers and frames. These ranges are fabricated to the highest standards to ensure continued performance under operation and are available in all sizes and loading categories. Certain ranges can accept decorative edge finishes such as brass or stainless steel. Our Trade names such as Bripave and Precinct are synonymous within the marketplace. Bripave has always been known as the long term performer as the products are load tested without infill material and they have the ability to accept block paver, slab or any other infill material. Precinct is known through its approval by British Telecom as a Kitemarked product manufactured to specification LN593. Precinct is available to suit BT and other telecommunication companies chamber sizes. INTERNAL RECESSED ACCESS COVERS Mild steel and stainless steel high quality access covers are available to suit a multitude of internal applications and floor finishes. These ranges are fabricated to the highest standards and are designed to be unobtrusive when combined with the chosen floor finish for a hidden appearance or as a feature with a decorative edge trim. The Broadstel range of products are available in singular, multi part and duct forms. WATER INDUSTRY ACCESS COVERS A complete range of access cover solutions designed to suit chamber applications generally associated with the Water Industry. Traditional names such as Prolift, Defender and our new addition Stamp-Lock (patent applied for) are known and trusted throughout the industry. We currently have a number of frameworks in place for the survey, design, fabrication and installation of these products. All ranges are available in any size, loading and configuration. Typical applications include; wet wells, valve chambers, screen chambers, inspection chambers, access chambers and many others. SOLID TOP ACCESS COVERS Our industry known range of Bristeel access covers and frames are suitable for all applications requiring a solid top cover. The range includes single, multi-part and duct run layouts which can incorporate external hinges, smaller peep in covers and various locking devices. Bristeel is a known performer and can also be supplied with non slip coatings.

MULTISPORT EQUIPMENT Safety is a key feature of our Multisport equipment thats why we ensure that we dont just meet the minimum requirements we exceed them. Our Multisport system is fully tested and carries a BSI Kitemark certificate to BS EN 15312. Available in heights from 1.0m up to 6.0m with our Steelway heavy duty Rebound infill and optional goal types to suit junior and senior applications. SPORTS FENCING When creating a sports pitch, a tennis court or a golf site, it is important to remember that the right type of fencing will provide a positive impact on your site. Getting the right balance between safety, appearance and cost does not have to be difficult. We offer a comprehensive range to suit all different types of applications with aesthetically pleasing secure designs. Fencing heights range from 0.9m up to 10m with various cladding options available.

PLAYGROUND FENCING We believe that the correct choice of boundary fence for a play area is as important as the equipment in providing a secure and safe environment. Thats why our playground fencing is manufactured to BS1722 Part 9 and where required to RoSPA guidelines. All vertical bars are fully welded as standard. Available in 1.0m and 1.2m high in Bowtop, Flat Top or Pedestrian Guardrail designs. BESPOKE FENCING We understand that every project is unique, which is why we provide a range of bespoke fencing solutions. Drawing on our wealth of experience, design and manufacturing skills we can match your existing fencing or by working together with architects and designers create something new. VERTICAL BAR FENCING We offer a wide range of vertical bar fencing from heights of 450mm to suit garden wall tops to 2.4m high to deter would-be vandals. We also offer solid infill bars or hollow section round or square bars with optional mitre tops and welded finials. A full range of gates are available to match. REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE As part of our service we offer a repair, refurbish and maintenance service to ensure your fencing stays looking good for longer. AMENITY PRODUCTS In addition to our large range of fencing systems we also offer a selection of street furniture and amenity products to compliment any project. With major renewals, reinstatements and restoration schemes at an unprecedented height, the Railway Industry's rejuvenation has created scope for Steelway to excel in being able to provide many of the solutions to a myriad of engineering problems. With this in mind we invested in both the best of modern technology, together with the most diverse of traditional trades to match our ability to provide the answer to your needs. Current and recent projects range from a variety of access equipment and security covers through to gantries and components in connection with electrification schemes. Additionally Steelway have an unsurpassed understanding of the numerous listed and heritage structures located across the country, and have been involved in a wide variety of projects to either repair, extend or replicate as necessary. Our skills in casting and fabrication (which includes replica riveted projects) has seen a number of national award winning projects carried out by us. Work on heritage canopies includes new structures to match those existing at the grade II* listed Moor Street Station Birmingham together with sensitive repairs and replication at Loughborough Central and total recreation at Kidderminster for

the Severn Valley Railway. In such cases a total package can be offered which takes on the necessary castings and glazing elements together with the timber element and full installation. The wide range of client needs has seen the recent reproduction of a cast iron station name in Somerset which is thought to be the first instance in 120 years where such a product has been produced. From heritage lighting through to the production or refurbishment of a turntable, Steelway has done them all. To compliment our existing range of products and services, we now have the ability to provide high impact, energy absorption systems. These systems are designed and supplied in partnership with Oleo International.

SECURITY ACCESS COVERS Our Sentry range of high security access covers incorporates products which are certified in accordance with LPS1175 SR4 rating and are also a Police Preferred Specification. To compliment this, there are further ranges of both approved and non approved security access covers which will ensure that the highest levels of security ratings are achieved combined with more economical solutions for less critical areas.

WINDOW AND SKYLIGHT SECURITY GRILLES AND BAR SETS Whether you are looking for a modern or heritage feel, we can supply and install a variety of application specific window and skylight protection products which are also available in a number of styles and colours. SECURITY DOORS We can supply and install differing ranges of single and double skinned security doors, all of which are available in many styles, colours and security ratings. SECURITY KIOSKS, CABINETS & BUILDINGS When optimum security combined with easy and fast installation are required, we can supply and install a range of LPS1175 SR4 certified kiosks, cabinets and buildings which are suitable for a multitude of applications across all market sectors. BOREHOLE & GENERAL CAGE SYSTEMS An excellent modular system with a design that suits not only borehole protection but many other large or small scale applications. These cage systems are available in a variety of security levels. 360D GATES Rather than going to the expense of replacing existing doors and openings when undertaking a security upgrade, we can supply and install a range of LPS1175 certified protection gates. The design of the gates allow for up to a 360 degree opening to allow full access to the existing door or opening.

PERIMETER PRODUCTS & SECURITY FENCING We can supply and install several different types of perimeter products and security fencing, designed to suit the level of security that you require. Typical types of fencing include Palisade, Mesh Panel and Chainlink, which can be supplied with additional barbed wire tops. We can also offer our Ridgeback system which has a serrated edge to deter opportunist thieves and vandals. Perimeter products include anti climb spikes, fantails or cactus spikes.
